Really don't like seeing Milan like this, Allegri out.

Siena 1 - 0 Inter. I don't understand, I thought Strama was basically Mou?

Halsey and Shelvey #smh

With all the talk of undeserved winners, that right there was an example of one. Oh well, good performance. Well, as good as a performance can get that leaves you with no points, 2 injuries and a 3-match suspension

Football is dying :p

Sterling will be incredible. Bit of specialised coaching on his first touch and fitness management, and he'll be special.

Anyone else feel Agger could maybe have done better with both goals? Skrtel was impeccable, as were Kelly and (penalty aside) Johnson

I don't think Rodgers is going to get sacked. Liverpool have played well this season but due to the hard fixture, a lack of proper striker and some defensive gaffes they only have 2pts from 5 games. I think they will win their next 3 games.

As for Allegri, he's a clown. Chased away every good player Milan had.

Class.

It was always expected that Liverpool would start shaky to start this season. Tough fixtures, new manager/tactics and new players

De Gea, Vidic, and every defender injured. Dem lack of FF points.

In the PL fantasy, I'm last. In the CL fantasy I'm in 2nd place with 70 points.

What exactly happened to Vidic... Goddamn, problems in both midfield and defense. Jesus... Hope Vidic isn't out for too long.

Cisse shoulld never take penalties.

Why the fuck wasn't Ba taking it? lol

I guess because his confidence is down, a goal is exactly what he needs and they don't get much easier than a pen.

That's not going to help though, he just needs a goal to get his confidence back.

FUCK, Papiss Cisse missed a penalty. You idiot, not only is he not scoring goals, he's costing me points actively now!

Why is Silva being played as winger now? He was massive as CAM last season.

Even if he's listed there on the team sheet, he'll be central more often than not.

There is nothing wrong with our squad and we don't need to sign a CM. Not yet at least. We need to give Clevery, Anderson and maybe even Powell a good run in the first team before we decide whether to open the cheque book or not.

As it stands, we need to stop starting players like Carrick, Giggs and even Scholes in our midfield. Evra needs to drop asap though the fact that he hasn't been dropped despite being consistently terrible for two seasons now suggests that he will likely not be dropped anytime in the near future.

Miracle save from De Sanctis in Catania - Napoli. Now watch Napoli score in the last minute of extra time, as per usual.

EDIT: Guess not!

Were you dropped on your head as a child?

Kagawa has had two good games and two average games for United. He started our biggest game of the season so far and our opening Champions League game.

He was subbed regularly for Dortmund too. Does that mean Klopp didn't rate him either?

we shall see...i dont believe in coincidence...
kagawa will just end up like park in sir alex eyes...a good 7/10 squad player, not a star player.

Normally I like to writeup some of my thoughts post-game, but today it just seems pretty pointless, there isn't much to add. I will say that the usual bollocks about ref conspiracies and payoffs is just that, bollocks. Refs up and down the country have howlers, today was just a particularly bad example.

Liverpool's best player was, for me, Johnson. Good defensive work & a real threat down the left. Used to be that he struggled to provide as much from that side, but he's made real improvements of late. Kelly, meanwhile, needs to do a bit better in attack - he never tries to beat his man, he certainly has the pace to do it. Stirling was too static in the box, couple of opportunities there but he wasn't moving for them. Suso was nice, looks pretty good though not quite Stirling good. That's it I guess.

Regarding Kagawa, Fergie still has no effing idea how to use him. When he's on the ball just outside the penalty area, he has no one to pass it it to and when he makes good runs into space, no one has any sort of peripheral vision to see where he ran to...

I guess, half of it is because of the pressing of the ball by Liverpool, but we should be able to deal with that sort of thing.
