Do we still not have a backup for Lucas?

Henderson could be used as a backup.

God damn you Guerilla.

Single-handedly keeping me from cancelling the PreS4rder (liek if you cringe evrytiem), Shadowfall looks better every time I see it.

@Labadal, has he ever played pure DM for us? Come back Spearing :p

I don't even care for any of the launch PS4 games and I won't cancel my pre-order. Might pick up AC4 since I'm not burned out like a lot of people. last game I played in the series was AC2.

Allen has played a game or two there... I think.

Is it store bought honey or is he a beekeeper or something?

I wasn't impressed by Allen when he played there, just doesn't go in for the tackles hard enough, is too easily knocked off the ball, and is unwilling to make the tactical fouls. Its not really his job though tbf, Rodgers shouldn;t expect him to play well there :p

RVP doesn't even count his FA Cup win at Arsenal as a medal :lol

Didn't play in the final did he?

I'm in awe at the amount of people who've been taken in by the visuals, you included.

Voiced my concerns in the thread but, from that video, the game looks guff. No recoil, unrefined gunplay, ridiculous looking abilities (that shield will be fun for five minutes) and no standout gameplay hook that's unique to Killzone.

It's a weightier version of COD, with what looks like even more frustrating armour abilities from Halo. It's a frankenstein of shallow unoriginality, if that video paints a true reflection.

Annoying, too, because Killzone 2 multiplayer was awesome, just the way the guns handled and the way you had to snake in and out of duels whilst controlling them. This is just mindless shlock.

Thank you base Mou and Chelsea

FUCK YOU SPURS. Your hijack got hijacked bitches.

Liverpool and Spurs making bids and Willian picking Spurs, is not the same as Willian doing a medical for Spurs and then Chelsea taking over.

But then again you've posted here about 11 times and every single one has been laced with one eyed cuntfoolery, so why am I surprised

FUCK SPURS is a sentiment I am intermittently willing to get behind.

I wish we could gazump-swoop Monaco for Guilavogui. He sounds like a middle eastern dessert. Fucking throw money.

It's all the same until the contract has been signed.

I don't care he's been pilfered from Spurs at all haha, but there was no talk of Liverpool having a bid accepted at all. Spurs did, they set up a medical, he passed it and then changed his mind. They're not at all the same, because Liverpool's interest didn't seem to go past a rejected bid.

That's a bit harsh Wilbur. Play nice.

Edit: Lol, nevermind.

Boo hoo. Use your brain. A deal isn't a deal until that contract is signed. It doesn't matter at what stage it's in, plastic fan.

They're all the same to Roman. Get fucked Spurs (and Liverpool).

Please stay. I like you.

Spurs > Arsenal + Liverpool though right.

Liverpool please me without Suarez. Sturridge is a good laugh and fucking talented. Coutinho is top. Aspas is entertainingly mental, it seems. Enrique is a clown. Gerrard's kick-it-into-touch-really-hard ratio is swelling.

I miss Reina having a more vulnerable near-post than a no-limbed orphan.

I feel similar to you. I've reached a point in life where I quite enjoy watching Liverpool, where I look forward to hearing what comes out of Brendan's mouth, where I actively would rather they qualified for the Champions League than Chelsea, City and Arsenal.

Liverpool are riding high after two astronomic 1-0 wins over european colossi. let the kopites have some fun before they go back to midtable where they belong, Wilbur.

That's because he doesn't like following plastic.

Bro I don't know what you've got against plastic. They are durable and degrade very slowly; the chemical bonds that make plastic so durable make it equally resistant to natural processes of degradation. Since the 1950s, one billion tons of plastic have been discarded and may persist for hundreds or even thousands of years. Serious environmental threats from plastic include the increasing presence of microplastics in the marine food chain along with the many other highly toxic chemical pollutants that plastic attracts and concentrates, and larger fragmented pieces of plastic called nurdles. In the 1960s the latter were observed in the guts of seabirds, and since then have been found in increasing concentration. In 2009, it was estimated that 10% of modern waste was plastics, although estimates vary according to region. Meanwhile, 50-80% of debris in marine areas is plastic.

Prior to the ban on the use of CFCs in extrusion of polystyrene (and general use, except in life-critical fire suppression systems; see Montreal Protocol), the production of polystyrene contributed to the depletion of the ozone layer; however, non-CFCs are currently used in the extrusion process.

They kill seabirds. They have uses.

Wait why did no one post this?

Chelsea seal deal for Samuel Eto'o as Jose Mourinho decides to wait for Manchester United's Wayne Rooney

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Samuel Eto’o as part of the negotiations to acquire Willian for £30 million from Anzhi Makhachkala which will end their attempts to buy Wayne Rooney this summer.

The double signing could be announced later this week. The transfer of Eto’o, the 32-year-old former Inter Milan and Barcelona striker, is part of the agreement to sign Brazil midfielder Willian but Jose Mourinho does not want Eto’o’s involvement to become public until after Monday night’s Premier League game against Manchester United. Mourinho hopes that continuing the speculation over Chelsea’s interest in Rooney, who may start, will unsettle United.

Rooney had hoped to join Chelsea this summer but is now resigned to staying at United and, it is understood, fully prepared to run down his contract in the hope of either leaving in January or more likely next summer when Moyes may be more prepared to sell. Chelsea have indicated that they will wait for Rooney, who has two years left on his contract, and they regard Eto’o as a stopgap.

The fee for Eto’o, the highest-paid player at the Russian club, is thought to be around £2 million. Tottenham Hotspur , who had agreed a deal to sign Willian until it was hijacked by Chelsea, are furious at having missed out on the midfielder and the collapse of the move could delay Gareth Bale’s impending departure to Real Madrid. Spurs are determined to bring in another attacking player first as well as sign Roma forward Erik Lamela.

Spanish media said Bale had arrived in Spain yesterday ahead of a world record move which Barcelona coach Gerardo Martino said was disrespectful. Martino said: "Bale is a good player but the numbers that are being talked about; it is a lack of respect for the world we live in."

Speaking ahead of Chelsea's clash with United, Mourinho was happy to discuss the possibility of signing Rooney, for whom Chelsea have had two bids rejected, even arguing that United should sell to them to keep the striker in England.

“That old-fashioned mentality of ‘I don’t sell players to clubs in the same country’ I think doesn’t help the market,” Mourinho said.

“It doesn’t help the players and sometimes you push players to play abroad when you should be interested in keeping the players to play in your league because when you keep players in your league you are contributing to making your league the best league, so when you want to sell and you push the players abroad I think you are giving the wrong contribution to the league.”

Mourinho suggested it was not in United’s interests to keep an “unhappy” player. “We had Robben unhappy, we sold him to Real Madrid because he wanted so much to go to Real Madrid. We had William Gallas unhappy, we sold William Gallas to Arsenal,” he said of his first spell at Chelsea although he added that “every case” was different.

Eto’o, like Willian and Anzhi’s other star players, was put up for sale after club owner Suleyman Kerimov decided to pull much of his funding. His arrival at Chelsea will see the club attempt to move on Demba Ba before the transfer window closes, with Victor Moses expected to go out on loan.

Willian’s arrival will cast further doubt on the future of Juan Mata. He is likely to make way for Willian in Mourinho’s first-choice team, the Brazilian lining up with Eden Hazard and Oscar as an attacking trio behind a lone striker.

Mata is unlikely to be sold this summer but he will not be happy if his role at Chelsea is reduced – especially with a World Cup at the end of the season.

Can't believe that in the first 2 weekends that Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea and United have all been on TV twice… seems unfair on other teams.

Not to mention Cardiff vs City is hardly a blockbuster, i'd rather Spurs vs Swansea was on TV

Edit: Sorry Spurs not on TV, as they're at the same time as City my bad

Wait, they chose the City match to be on TV? Fuck's sake.

@justjohn, I think its too much to expct Liverpool to take a 4th place challenge to the last day the season after we finished 12 points behind.

Dat Pellegrini appeal.
