i definitely played it, just can not remember if I owned it or played it at my cousins.

it seems 98 was the pinnacle of the football sim world if you add in champ manager.

It was out on Playstation too.

Late 90's was good even when you include EA's FA manager games. They added a lot of interesting concepts, like facilities expansion and much better 3D engines. Then obviously CM ran away. Sierra went out so no more Ultimate, Premier Manager died out quickly too.

EA's The F.A. Premier League Football Manager 99, it was nice to pick your own spot and chose what facilities and stuff to expand. I think you could even pick which stand to expand and then get offers from contractors and then pick the best option. Though, as always with that series, they did random stuff well and the core football gameplay very meh. Plus, it needed a beast of a computer.

Charities need to stop employing very attractive young women. I always stop when they ask if I have a few minutes to talk about Syria/Sudan etc.

Fuck, Verratti injured his hamstring with the fucking azzurri shitheads and VDW is injured too. :(

Looks like Pastore has his chance to shine with both Motta and Verratti out.

That seems like a pretty good price -- I'd probably do it if I could. I wish that DKR hosted more events outside of UT games.

Hard to believe that if I go it'll be my third time seeing Honduras live.... Not the most amazing accomplishment.....

Should probably not trust the 7-11 security cameras quite so much
Dembele injury update:

“I expect him to train tomorrow.

“He can make a tape application. Mousa is not out.”

He'd better fucking be out. Mousa I order you to skive off international duty.

Given what Rodgers has done to our attack (Coutinho and Sturridge), and what he's done to our defence (Kolo, Mignolet, and Sakho), I can't fucking wait til he gets his hands on the midfield. It's surely the next job that needs doing in our ascent to supremacy.

Just a shame Strootman's been snapped up.

Does Fifa 14 still have the EA Sports Football Clubs feature / challanges from Fifa 13?

"You play as Borussia Dortmund and need to at least draw the match when starting off 2-1 down in the 2nd half."

The USMNT went bowling and Geoff Cameron managed to score a silly between the legs strike. For your viewing pleasure (Tim Howard would positively frighten me if I saw him on the street).

I'm gonna ask him about your encounter with him in the casino.

Barton has been chatting again, bjaelke tweeted a link

Barton then spoke out at what he perceives is a lack of technical knowledge among British coaches.

"Sir Alex [Ferguson] could not put on a training session to save his life. He couldn't lay cones out straight."

The Etihad Stadium expansion. The opportunity of a lifetime.

As the team grows, our fanbase grows and our home has to grow. This is a unique opportunity. An ambitious expansion plan. A host of new seats.

Existing Seasoncard holders who wish to purchase additional Seasoncards and Blue members, have priority. This is your chance to own one of these seats.

To become a Seasoncard holder join the Waiting List and guarantee a seat for the 2015/16 season. Adult prices start from £299.

Cardiff situation has taken another depressing twist
Why would anyone support this club? Seriously?
So as many read yesterday our rather successful and popular Head of Recruitment Iain Moody was sacked/suspended yesterday and replaced with (and I really can't believe I'm saying this) an unknown 23 year old Kazakhstani with no experience in football.
sigh

So the supposed reason behind the sacking was to do, unsurprisingly, with money. Apparently there was a lack of communication between the money we thought we were spending and the money we actually spent. Our Chairman, Simon Lim, was feeding Vincent Tan wrong information with regards to the transfers and Simon Lim was feeding Iain Moody and his team wrong information about how much money to spend. If the rumours are to be believed we overspent by £15m as Tan did not realise the £8m fee for some players did not include wages/bonuses, hence an issue with bonuses this week too.
With this in mind Vincent Tan felt that we're not doing well enough and given the money spent should be higher up the league, and Tan felt it was a good idea to ask Malky Mackay to leave. He of course said fuck you so he sacked Iain Moody instead in an effort to force Malky out.

Where's our chairman Simon Lim in this awfully, complicated time? On fucking holiday!!! He's packed his bags and is off for a few weeks in the sun. The club is set to announce a press release at some point today and I really hope this all gets sorted because at the moment it is nothing but depressing for myself as a fan, which is a ridiculous thing to say after such a positive start to the season on the pitch.

Honestly though, I just want the Malaysians to just fuck off at this point. We can get relegated, players can leave, managers can leave but a new set of owners who can keep us afloat, that allow us to play in blue would just be wonderful. We can be in League Two and as long as we have those things I'd be happy. I hate this bullshit. Not even the Premier League is worth it.

WTF Cardiff... they won't last long in the premier league if that's their attitude.

Cardiff have a lot of hard games coming up. They couldn't have picked a worse time for this. Chelsea at Stamford Bridge up next for Cardiff, good luck with that.

Bet Avram Grant gets the Cardiff job when Mackay gets sacked.

Seems to be a Blackburn type situation. Can see a friend of the owner, or someone who has an close connection to them like Kean did getting the job.

How many clubs need to be sunk by moron foreign owners before clubs stop agreeing to it. Sadly the way football is going I can't see many.

Can't wait till the opening game of the 2016/17 championship season with the Derby Komodo Dragons playing host to the Millwall Buffalos.
