I don't see anything wrong with Januzaj's suit except that it's boring, and he should either committ to unbuttoning his collar or tightening his tie. I guess he could go with a higher shirt collar given that he has a long neck but I dont really believe in wearing things to accommodate imperfections or physical quirksI'd rather just wear what I want.
I actually like his suit cut because it's not as gaudy as you usually see on footballers, with excessively curved slopes and roped shoulders.
Fellaini' tie doesn't match his suit. Other than that, meh.

The best thing would be to not take your title rivals players in the way that you're doing right now. One player is fine as it makes a great storyline (Gotze) for the new season. Doing it multiple times just harms your league.
Having said that, having a CL contending team is the right way to go like you said. It will force the other teams to catch up which strengthens the league. At least for now.
Once the Bundesliga clubs can spend more money (aside from Bayern) you should go back to not giving a fuck. At that point the other clubs can spend a good amount of money to replace their stars, but they would most likely stay with their team as wages would be good enough. For example, the top PL clubs would probably do the same thing that Bayern are doing and it wouldn't matter as the clubs have more spending power than Dortmund, Schalke, etc... There's also no point in going from City to United or to Chelsea when wages are the same and title chances are the same.
