Nothing against Coutinho, he may well be the hottest prospect in the world, but our team needs experienced players, and leaders. It needs proven match winners, game winners, tournament winners.
Sneijder's a huge boost, Coutinho's another question mark, and another young player learning his trade surrounded by others doing the same.
