Well he did get Oxlade-Chamberlain who could yet prove to be a special player. When Bale joined Spurs he was a promising left back with a good free kick, now look at him.

Good shout, that game made me feel like shit and I'm sure thats how it felt for the players too. We seem to have come together more since then, like a family.
Anyway know what Freund and Holtby did when we scored? They seem to celebrate the best.
Have to agree. Players of such quality are always going to stand out above the rest. Bale won the game but at one point Spurs had 70% of the ball and Jaskelinan(fuck the spelling) was making wonder save after wonder save.

Just once, I'd like for us to play shit and get beat by Tottenham, rather than play well and get beat by Tottenham. Even if we're in a shit run of form, we'll play well against Spurs and still lose. Caaaaaahhhnnnts.
On a positive note, I thought Jaaskelainen was playing out of his skin tonight, hopefully he can keep that up as we have some tough matches coming up next. A point here would've been so damn useful.
