Same.

Graduation has some really great songs on it.

Flashing Lights is one of his best.

WTT is terrible IMO.

Agreed. Talking about lights, All of the Lights if fantastic.

Runaway was such a good song when he sang it live. Then he released the album version with 8 minutes and that annoying background song. Ruined it.

I know that his music is considered to be good, but I don't like it. All that's left is his character and it is quite a character.

Doesn't make him any less of a wanker though

Ummmm....

Lyrically I think he's pretty average.

But his songs are really really well produced.

I don't think they're amazing game changers, but they're kind of like really good pop in rap; easy to memorise, fun in a club, good beats, good flow and he's got an eye for some good turns of phrases.

When it comes to actual rap lyrics you have people like Kendrick proper beasting him right now but Kanye's just really fun

WTF? The cunt missed the ball and then followed through with intent...with both feet off the ground.

He makes great music with very good lyrics that are mainstream but still well written flows, and he's a tosser but is so much of a tosser that considering how vanilla and boring so many musicians are nowadays it's quite refreshing to have an utter egotist be so big and influential in the game nowadays

...damn

Hodgson saying that the English public are delighted to have an Englishman in the job just shows what a fucking waste of oxygen he is as a manager.

Tony Barrett ‏@TonyBarretTimes
1. Hodgson has done this kind of thing before. In Dec 2010 he stated that Fernando Torres would play for Liverpool against Utrecht.

Tony Barrett ‏@TonyBarretTimes
2. The problem was he hadn't checked with Liverpool's medical department first & when he finally did they told him Torres couldn't play.

Tony Barrett ‏@TonyBarretTimes
3. Like Rio Ferdinand now, Torres was on a specialised training programme at the time.

:lol Woy

Why didn't he just ask him privately.

For me: The College Dropout > MBDTF > Late Registration

The rest is utter shit. Not counting Watch the Throne that is, since I don't see it as an Kanye album. But that one is also okay.

808s and Heartbreak is his best album.

Finally saw The Descendants last night -- big Alexander Payne fan but my fiancee didn't want to see it in the theatre so it just kind of fell by the wayside for quite awhile. Thought it was really great and Shailene Woodley being in a bikini essentially the entire film reaffirmed how awesome Spring Breakers will be. 4 for the price of 1!

I have absolutely no interest Kanye. So little that I can't recognize even if he's good or bad, he's just kind of there and present. His whole career has been in the background of my life, and I've done nothing special to ignore him I just have no fucks to give as there is music I'm much, much more interested in that all my fucks get given to.

GREAT song and they're awesome live. Bring your earplugs though. I saw them in London when visiting my brother last year and didn't (I'd never worn them to a show) and I regretted it. Saw them again later in 2012 and definitely went ahead and wore them. It's totally weird but made for a much more pleasant few days afterwards.
