It was in the official press release on forzamotorsport.net that not only is the pack releasing November 1, but to coincide with it Turn10 is offering a "hot lap" event on Mugello using the Aventador. Weekly, they will randomly give 100 people a unicorn for posting a lap time to the board. Doesn't have to be a top time, just A time.

IMO doing the World Tour over again would not be very wise if you were trying to complete all the events. The World Tour has the potential to force you into doing the same events over again and a result you won't make much of a dent on completing the game (so to speak). Another question, is any reason to replay the world tour? I just finished last week. I'm doing some events + getting some autovista cars.
For me I am going to pick cars that I like (within the manufacturer that I am trying to get level 50 affinity), go to the events list, see which are green and unchecked, and then proceed to live in front of my TV for the next couple of months. Should be a good time

I agree with you, I'm curious to see what the upcoming cars packs are going to be. My 360 is going to Forza only. I have more games coming but getting my Event List more and more complete is so good. Getting affinity to a level 50 must be a pain (wonder is skyfinch have done that, probably).
Getting all the Ferrari's or the top 5 most expensive cars seems way to hard for me because it's too much money.

It would be under Community > Rivals > Hot Laps > Mugello racing event. And yes, I was referring to the November 1st car pack. Make sure you have your Season Pass if you don't already!

If you're hard pressed on cash, you should really give Rivals more attention. And just take each opponent one by one. The amount of cash you'll rake in dwarfs anything the season can bring. Yes, there will be ten cars per pack.

I'm lucky as my second car was a Mitsubishi Starion. Even though it was sent to Starion heaven by a speeding taxi-driver a long time ago, it's amazing all these years later to be now driving a virtual creation of it. Of course it was the first car I bought in Forza 4.

Yes, got to level 50. It was difficult sticking with one manufacture. Took me a total of 28 hours driving Ferraris to reach this.
Event listing starts to slow down in terms of events that Ferraris are eligible. You might have to repeat events or play online.
By the way, 50 hours I've played in total, 25% of event listing. It's a big ass game.

It really is, to the extent that it feels like you're never much more than a hair's width away from a mouthful of Armco. Even keeping that in mind, I'll feel the back end getting away from me every now and then and have to short-shift to keep the peace. Staving off the 'Vette's attemtpts to shorten your life expectancy is a big part of why this might be my favorite Rivals event.
Thanks for the tip, I'll be sure to keep it in mind. As it is, I lift ever so slightly heading into the Kink and taking it flat ought to be good for a tenth or two. It's the second-to-last corner, where you quickly cut left and put a wheel or two over the curb, where I also feel I'm losing time. Gonna work on that one as well.
