The first is a game error where the geometry data has an error of some kind and doesn't apply the normal curvature and so forth. Since the geometry is fixed in the game they will either fix it, or that one small area will always have the triangle.
The second video had me laughing. The engine didn't turn some of the 2d trees into a 3d ones when you got near. Almost like popin the engine find out where you are and performs the change and it didn't there ha.
Oh right... yeah ok I think it was the 2nd or 3rd not sure. Only knew it was later than US/Canada.

HK is cheaper then US/UK, yes. But the cheapest is Indian, if Im not mistaken.

Hmm, that seems really low for the size of the map. I'm guessing there will be an area where everyone meets up for shenanigans, though.

The thrustmaster TX wheel.
Everything's still populated by traffic, and it's built around team objectives and meetups (when you're not just wrecking house and finding hidden signs). It's a step above what was in the original Horizon, in both number of players and density of other cars.

Yeah, fair point. It's just that I like the thought of frequently encountering other players minding their own business or whatever as I'm doing my own thing...would give it a real sense of a world that is populated and full of life, if you know what I mean? As you say, the map will still be populated with AI...but that's not the same.

You get free McLaren at lvl 6. Wow. I had to grind a lot to get this car in Forza 5 and no I dont regret it. But damn this is cool.

Turns out they bumped my bandwidth up to 150gigs/month as a limit, so I should be fine to download a few games a month if need be.
$4/gb overage though, which is exorbinant.

What I don't get is do we get all of the cars at and below the rewards tier we are at when the game releases, or just one car period? Right now I'm at Tier 3... do I get two cars or just one?

It's actually the original Horizon that I need to play/buy cars in more to get to tier 6.
I've always been a bigger Sim fan than Arcade, so I didn't buy the original Horizon till like a year after it came out.
By then it was fighting other games for my attention.

VIP is more relevant to Forza Rewards bonuses in future games, since it'll let you get to a higher level more easily. Won't make any difference to the rewards you get with this game, since I think they're applied once when you first play the game, so I don't think you get the higher-tier rewards if you hit those tiers playing the game.
I think, anyway. Only really started paying attention to Forza Rewards with FM5, so not entirely sure how it all works.

I'm gonna try to get to that point before FH 2 launches - I'm at 4 now, and would seemingly be higher if I hadn't lost all of my FM 2 and 3 save data years ago.
