Forza Motorsport 3 |OT|

Rather than bashing me in the defense of Forza, why dont you people come at me with proof of this superb Simulation that Forza brings.

have you all just accepted the fact that you were duped as well?

The truly hilarious thing is there is a thread he could troll Forza to his hearts delight in, yet isn't smart enough to use it. Oh well, at this rate he won't make it to the end of the day....

You're right. That post, and every other post you've made in this thread has been flat out trolling. You belong in that thread because it's where every other systemwarz (don't even try to deny it) idiot went to die.

True.

My laywer Prince Kitcherbitchn from Nigeria is preparing, tYleNol rX, a billion Euro lawsuit against Turn 10 and MS under the Freedom of Information Act. I've sent him $20,000 and he has paperwork ready for the PATRIOT act to take in effect, vIagRa, so i can get my check from Turn 10 and MS for duping, xB0X saVe m0d dupE $14.99, me

Alright back on topic.

The only things I think would be awesome is a linear wheel setting and if we had the same power as Turn 10 to roll our own time trial.

Rather than just live multiplayer, being able to set up a time trial amongst friends with an accompanying car and tune would be awesome.

I'm still surprised that they haven't added it as an option (steering). Sure, it might (arguably) disadvantage those of us who choose to check it, but that should be our choice surely?

Hey guys, I bought this game after hearing that it offered the most intense driving simulation to date... well i think there may be something wrong with my copy then, because I am able to do things with these machines that just shouldn't be possible in any simulation.

Here's a video of my seemingly god-like handling skills with a completely stock Enzo Ferrari and ALL assissts OFF

What's wrong here?!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WhLBp9uXhQ

When the game cant seem to get a grasp on the most basic levels of grip, then that would make it more arcade than simulation.

Has anyone else experienced this.

Not trying to drag this out, but I'm not actually sure what he's trying to troll.. Is it the active steering thing that's been gone over about a zillion times? or is it the fact you can fishtail a car when driving in a straight line?

If it's the later, well duh! When the front wheels have more grip of course it'll act like that.
I even found a youtube video showing the exact same thing happen (Note: Whoever did this on a public road was a complete ******* idiot)

Anyone who didn't vote for both the Celicas should be shot! Would've also been nice to see my model Legacy/Liberty in the mix but the selection they have there is phenomenal. And to see the VL Commodore in there too is :lol (yes, I did vote for it!)

I wonder if they've modeled all the cars and it's just a matter of putting them in or not...

The Ferrari FXX has 330mm wide tires in the back. The tires are Bridgestone 'Potenza Scuderia' slicks. And it only weighs 2500lbs, which makes it easy to change direction quickly.

So, yeah, I'm not at all surprised that anyone could do exactly what we saw in that video.

It is the easiest driving R3 car. Any of the other R3 cars is much more of a handful.

What's the deal with the different groups?

Look back in the thread a bit, the pack will be made from the top 9 (+1 T10 selection) from 120 choices in 6 groups. 3 yesterday, 3 today.

It makes me think that T10 already have a lot of these cars half built and modelled, no way you can whip up a car of that detail between now and a month down the road. Especially if they have to go scan the car and take photos, sound clips etc.

Curious.

Also with the minor rumour of F4 in development I hope we don't see it for 3 or so years, want that game polished up more then ever.

These cars aren't out until Summer.

Jalopnik have 2 car packs: 1 in March. And the community-chosen one, which is out in the Summer.

Round 1, Group 4 is up, btw:

Another Escort, yes please. :D

That Jalopnik list (particularly Group 3) has some pearls on it and is much closer to what I'd like to see in future DLC. There are so many gems between 1960-1990.

Edit: Group 4 has a '74 Escort RS1600. Please make it happen. Use Colin McRae's Red and Black MK2 and tie it in with a donation to the McRae Vision Charity!

I REALLY would've preferred to see the Mazda MX-6 KLZE (which I owned) rather than the Probe GTS.
It is so much better looking!
