Now I know a lot of you were jealous that Adam and Rutledge got a chance to check out the LF-A on Infineon in Forza 4. I don’t blame you at all for that at all. If it’s any consolation, not only will Forza 4 be here in just a few weeks, but you’ll be able to tackle the Lexus LF-A on Infineon in a Rivals Mode challenge patterned directly after this episode. Based on the awesomeness that is both Infineon and the LF-A, I suspect this Rivals Mode challenge will be a popular one.

What's the turnaround for the RX7 preorder unicorn in FM3? I sent through a screencap of my preorder receipt (it was from an online store) with my GT a few days ago and haven't seen anything rock up :/

Almost immediate for me, I think. They must send them out in batches, so its all a matter of timing.

Edit: big feature on BBC Breakfast News just now with a bunch of gamers lapping the Top Gear Test Track in a Merc SLS, while David Coulthard tried to beat them for real out on the track in the same car. Loads of footage, interviews with gamers, a whole bank of racing pods set up... and the game they used was GT5. What the fuck!? Is Sony trying to steal a bit of Turn 10's thunder a month from release? And how come MS aren't travelling the world setting up events like this? It made national TV on the BBC news, for fuck's sake! That's free advertising. Car lovers into gamers and all that.

Lol - the BBC keep calling it "a unique virtual reality experiment". It comes around every twenty minutes or so if anyone wants to catch it.

I preordered from Amazon a week ago and did the necessary steps. I'm still waiting too.

I preordered last week too and didn't receive my RX-7 yet. I hope the SS is one of the two cars they said they would give. Maybe the other one will be the S204 so that everyone gets all the Unicorn ?

YES, supposedly there are big reveals coming at TGS.

'drifter love' might mean gimkhana ? sounds rather easy to implement in the game.

Oh yes. If Dan flipped a coin between this and the Prius then I will sneak into his castle, remove his beard with rope, and feed it to him.

Edit: Just like Kylie, it's backside is quite sexy too...

I've been playing Forza with friends, gamers and nongamers, all week, and they've been loving it and telling me how beautiful the game is. Can't wait for them to see FM4 haha :D

It's just part of the continuing collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and Sony. It's been a pretty good collaboration so far. They gave away an SLS to the winner of a GT Academy type event for Signature Edition owners, and the winner of this David Coulthard event got a trip to the 2011 Formula One Brazilian Grand Prix. Hopefully Turn 10/MS will do stuff like this too.
