There IS NOT a constant time limit in all the levels. There's a few things in SOME levels that happens every now and then (like a tsunami that will come every minute or a lava flood from the volcano every 30 seconds), but you can take all the time in the world on some/most of the levels.

Ubisoft have just confirmed street date for the PC From Dust has been shifted to the 17th August. This will be the same with all retailers!

With no co-op and multiplayer I'm not expecting it to have any. Unless they make good on the promise and patch it in.
