Making my way through the recommendations. Wolfe is really good. Not a fan of the first track on the album, but when she gets to singing and not trying to rock out, I'm digging it so far. Pratt is so far pretty damn close to what I'm looking for.
The Abyss is her heaviest album, her past work is more acoustic and less rock driven.
The farther back you go with Wolfe the less of the Doom/1st Wave Black Metal stuff will be there. Always in the background but Abyss is pretty heavy at times.
Yo, a Vice docu on Japanese-Korean Trap rap (as far as I can tell, couldn't watch it yet):

He's a master music nerdHiResDes listens to a LOT of music.
Do you work at a radio station? Or record store?
Sweet. So, if you had to pick an album, which one is the least rocky?
Unknown Rooms is all acoustic. Apokalypsis has more rock to it but not like Abyss. Pain is Beauty has a bit more electronic production in it. I think they are all great but that would be the general breakdown.
I know you have almost too many recommendations to go through now, but if you ever want an older list of stuff you might have missed over the years check this post I made a long time ago:

For the sane people: http://159.203.119.22/audio/uuntouchaabIe.mp3 Direct Link for the track. Nothing new, just Pusha. So if you fuck with dude, you'll like it. If not, well, yeah.
Man that Pusha T song was great!
That new single from President PUSH is ridiculous.
21 minutes. I'll watch this. I saw the one they made a year ago about Japanese hip-hop, it was interesting.
Damn, don't really normally like Pusha's stuff, but this is great
whew
timbo should've saved this beat for the Luscious Lyon album.
Jessssuuuusssssss chuuuuuurrrrrriiiiiisssttttttThe modern Indie Rock/Folk blueprint from the 90's, considered a classic. Discovered it a few months ago in a "What are your GOAT albums?" thread and it really scratched my Acoustic itch:
Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane over the Sea

Funny side note: they opened up for Thugga a while ago. Crazy combination, hah.
That Rapper Big Pooh and Nottz album is out too. Sounds pretty good
The one about KOH?

Yeah that was the one.
I've just finished watching the Bad Hop new one. Good doc but you don't hear enough of their music. A few short freestyles and the short performance at the end. Gonna look up their music now.
Isn't there another Vice doc about the Japanese girls heavily into hip-hop culture?
Lose Pharrell, tone the production down a couple sounds and it might be good.So what does hop gaf think of the new missy elliot track/video?
In the end WATTBA was worth it because it gave us Jersey.
A long hot summer is corny af tho
Nah, that album is quality but I'll admit I haven't listened to it in a while.
Basketball Wives is so wavy though. It's actually the track that's stuck in my the most so far (along with Careless). Very MCH. The weakest tracks imo are the middle 3- Mexico, Packages, and 10 Times- but that's more for them aping other artists/regions sounds wholesale than being bad tracks.
Just hit Basketball Wives on the Gibbs. This could be my favourite track here, damn.
Great diss/pop track. Perfect timing for the holidays. Pharells production was on point, having his verse over one particular beat.So what does hop gaf think of the new missy elliot track/video?
I can't get jiggy with it. It's not BAD but I wouldn't at all miss it if it was left out.
