Kind of a random post but is this verse from "Mr Me Too" The Clipse (Pusha-T, Malice) and Pharell just friggin' unreal or is it just me.

Pusha T's verse kills me every fucking time I hear it.

Agreed. Pusha T is my favorite rapper. That stanza or whatever/verse is just fucking awesome. Up there with the first verse of "My God".

The first time I heard that album was a year after it came out in November 2007 and whenever I listen to music I can always remember where I was when I first heard it (especially if it is good). Clipse was the first coke rap I ever got into so it's super special and I was lucky to hear something so good so early.

Hmm... I agree Ghostface is great but there aren't a lot of verses that IMMEDIATELY come to mind that are better than that. I am sure I'll be corrected, and I am sure someone has done better, but King Push there in that verse - to me it's just a self-collected little pile of 4 lines x 4 stanzas awesomeness.

I won't say this isn't completely true but Pusha treats it like it's GFK's best line and GFK has been phoning it in for over ten years, so while GFK has been shitting those lines out for ten years (he never really did before that), he is literally doing just that. Pusha also shits coke raps but he is still hungry.

Thanks. I picked up a physical copy of Fear Of God 2. Last copy I found at my local Best Buy for $10. I was bumping it while running errands after work. And nice production and Pusha T has a nice flow I can connect with. I'm about to listen to it again before I hit the bed.
