I still don't think that was a diss record tbh.
Btw I don't expect Nas or vintage Hov lyrics from everyone. I like Yeezus overall, I just feel like everything about the album was done thoughtfully except the lyrics, which feel like five minute scribbles. Kanye labels himself a great rapper, he brags that New Slaves is the best written rap song ever. So of course I'm gonna be judging lyrics. I don't expect lyrical shit from trap rappers or swag guys - those are fun lanes but aren't lyrically focused. But if you want to throw your hat in the ring as a legit lyricist/great rapper I'm going to compare you to legit lyricists/great rappers. Which is why I'm so hard on Cole for instance.
Good artists tend to have interesting things to say. The interesting and puzzling thing about Kanye is that he doesn't have anything interesting to say, and hasn't for years. Nothing he says on Yeezus is thought provoking. It works because of the music, but from an artistic perspective you've gotta be disappointed with the poor writing.
You can tell his tanget on private prisons was born from Lupe writing the verse, or a 5 minute conversation he had with Lupe.

I think Welbeck had an okay game. It was definitely interesting to see how the pace him and Sanchez created changed things up front a bit. But lesbionest, breh simply isn't an accurate shooter and that's what Arsenal need. A person who will exploit chances at a high rate. I'd take Cavani and Remy over him anyday, from what i've seen of all three.
As for people... It was weird watching Wilshere have a motm type match but people saying sell him, take him out behind the shed etc. It was only after the cigarette smoking GAWD had that amazing run and goal that they shut up

I played basketball at a Christian school back in the day (when I was homeschooled) and was the best player on the team. In 9th grade I was dared to join the soccer team so I did, thinking that shit would be easy. Brehs soccer is the hardest sport I've played so I can't make fun of it.

I love playing soccer but you need an incredible amount of stamina to be good at it. One of the most physically demanding sports out there. That's why I rather play futsal nowadays; 5v5, barrage of goals and doesn't have me catching my breath towards the end of the match.

I don't particularly think Metaphorical Music is much better than Modal Soul, but I think it's a bit more consistent.
