Having your phone or computer/laptop can be very distracting when you're trying to get shit done, especially with things like papers/essays/lab reports etc.
My procrastination used to be pretty bad but I've improved and it's pretty much gone now. Makes you realize all hours you wasted with past work and how simple most assignments are.
