Wow I know I'm super late on this but I just learned about the pillar of salt bar in ultralight beam being a Bible reference. Blew me away

New Vic Mensa album out today, There's A Lot Going On (7 tracks).

Also new Lil Yacthy, even though he only released an album about 2 months ago. After Da Boat (14 tracks).

Did anybody listen to the new The Game album that came out last week? NWA2016? What's it all about?

Any The Game listeners here?

11 track soundtrack album from his upcoming Documentary. Tracklist and release date which is June 17.

After The Documentary 2 and 2.5 of which the former really grew on me and 2.5 is just dope as hell, I am most definitely ready for more from The Game.

You know he released this last week?

This new Lil Yachty...

It seems like Yachty has killed off his 'Lil Boat' persona as he keeps referring to his "dead brother".

Wat, why haven't I heard of Game's new release. Not even a Breakfast Club interview or something (though, now that I think about it, has he ever been there before?). Doc 2.0 was actually pretty enjoyable.

Lol, that's not the actual album and a very dubious release from an unknown label that apparently releases other artists' old songs on compilations without them even knowing. There's even Ye's No More Parties In LA on it without any verse of Game. Try googling "Dundridge Entertainment".

The day is good.

New Raime album is out, Tooth, and it's fucked.

as well as a new album by Jon Phonics, Letters To Home.

Absolute fiya as well. For me Jon Phonics is one of the top hip-hop prodcers in the UK and this is his new (almost) entirely instrumental album. 6 of the 16 tracks come with features, 3 of those come in the form of rapping from Dike, M9 and Leezus our lord and saviour, who also came through with a video for his track as well.

“Shit’s real like a good bobby, they’ll never catch me riding dirty if I stand still with drugs on me
But i’m stumbling round like a drunk zombie, ungodly, all this belligerence could become costly
But I don’t give a fuck oddly enough, looking like a god in me scruff"

Ay.

If you’re not feeling the rapping on this though (scust) there’s still plenty here to like if you’re into instrumental stuff.

Lil Dicky ft. Brendon Urie - Molly video. New simp anthem alert. Mans got his own Carls Jr. commercial too.

Lil Durk - True.

Dec 99th (Yassin Bey (Mos Def)) - Local Time (Prod. by Ferrari Sheppard).

Wale - Wave. All of these Wale singles tell me he's got nothing to lose at this point. I don't mind it, but that's probably because the production is dope.

Banks & Steelz (Paul Banks & RZA) - Giant. Indifferent about this. Full tracklist for their project, Anything But Words:

1. Giant
2. Ana Electronic
3. Sword In The Stone (ft. Kool Keith)
4. Speedway Sonora
5. Wild Season (ft. Florence Welch)
6. Anything But Words
7. Conceal
8. Love + War (ft. Ghostface Killah)
9. Can’t Hardly Feel
10. One by One
11. Gonna Make It
12. Point of View (ft. Method Man & Masta Killa)

I don't think After Da Boat is an official mixtape...

I just looked at the tracklist and it's most definitely a compilation of loose tracks and tracks he's featured on from other artists' tapes.

Maybe it's a region thing? Weird, considering it's available in Brazil:

Well that makes sense, there are a lot of obscure shit from Thugga too.

How would something not official be under his profile on Spotify?

A registered label can submit it under his name, I guess. Not sure how the verification process works either. If you look under After Da Boat you can see a generic "Trap Mixes" as the label instead of the official "Lil Boat Sailing Team". Same with that fake new "NWA2016" album on Game's Spotify site.

Hey GAF-Hop.

I just wanted to shine some light on my debut mixtape I released today.

The project is called "Nightfall" and is my first big project where I produced almost the entire thing. I am a producer / rapper / singer from Moreno Valley, CA (East of Los Angeles) and i'm really excited to share my work with you guys. My main influences are Kanye West, Childish Gambino, RZA, Masta Ace, and Slimkid3 from The Pharcyde.

First off, the mixtape front cover:

was designed by fellow GAF member "my name is ed"!

I'm also working with our very own Tokubetsu on new material in the future!

Nightfall is a concept mixtape where the premise is where I introduce myself to the world through my art as I tell the story of a boy looking to find himself in life. The mixtape comes with a short film I directed and starred in called "From Dawn till Dusk" which is actually linked to the mixtape! I recommend you watch that first. Nightfall is 100% free to download!

Visit my main website to watch the short film and hear/download the mixtape.

If you want to just stream the mixtape -- click here.

If you want a direct link to the short film -- click here.

If you're digging the material and you want to stay up to date with my music, please follow all my social media on my main website link! I always do my best to stay connected to supporters and i'll be going out to do shows this summer. My team and I are excited to meet and connect with people!

Thank you for your time GAF! Hope you guys enjoy the project! I am open to all sorts of opinions and criticisms because I want to grow and improve as an artist.

Oh shit! I'm from that area! Welcome!

I'm not too concerned about the order, I just know for certain that Eminem is at the bottom. His best project supposedly, I went back to it and it's mostly good but, I didn't care for it very much. He's Eminem, *shrugs*

If the Eminem Show was in that list instead, would you also put it at #5?

I'd probably bump it up and put 2001 at 5th tbh. 2001 has absolute classic tracks on there, but it also a lot of fluff. Fluff that bangs, but pales in comparison to the classic tracks.

The Eminem Show I think is genuinely a stronger album. Eminem's flow is soooo razor sharp, and it's his least cringey project to go back to these days.

Yeah, I'd agree. Superman probably still my all-time fave Em song.
