I would go but I can't afford to fly to LA because I'm flying to Beijing the following week.

This thread was funny to read when waking up.
I'm in Boston though, can't make it so I'll be there from web cam, open a tiny chat room or ustream/Justintv stream so we can have a live stream of the party. :lol

Anyway, I'd attend this party if I lived in the LA area. I've got better things to spend my money on than a flight to LA, though. I've already met countless GAF members. No harm in meeting a few more.

Honestly, a GAF party would be much cooler than some people here think, especially if girls and liquor found their way into this party (and I am sure they would).

A big-ass space to party in, every kind of game ever, good food, drink and music, ladies all over, the freedom to freely discuss our hobby - and the people who would discuss it with you in the same depth/with the same passion that you do? That shit would be AWESOME.


...just take some goddamn baths and dress clean, is all. :lol

Even if these things did somehow combine I imagine it would be with all the guys (minus gay-gaf) standing against one wall like deers in headlights.

Also iv'e decided if I do have a gafparty nutjobjim has to come (if he's alive)

This would be great, because the guys that actually knew what to do when there are a bunch of girls alone and unattached at a party would be like pigs in shit.

Game-playing girls (of which some of them would have to at least be smashable by sheer attrition) at a game forum's party, and liquor is involved. This would literally be the greatest opportunity of a lifetime for some of y'all.

i'd actually consider going if a decent crowd shows up. i'm 25m in costa mesa as well.

though i guess i would be a little creeped out if there were webcams everywhere with GAF watching me (you KNOW there'd be a hidden webcam in the bathroom/toilet...)

i'm still kind of a GAF newbie and don't really "know" many of the people here.
