Prime Jaime vs Current Jon Snow
who wins in a 1 v 1?
Whomever the script says the winner is.

When we do you just pretend it wasn't her fault, so why bother?
You should watch what Olenna said this season about her destroying two proud families by giving power to the Faith Militant if you're tired of hearing Tywin tell it like it is.

Wow, look at all of these dudes with plot armor.

I think he means that metaphorically, that he twisted and hardened her. Some of his ruthlessness passed onto her. Like I said earlier, they both sacrificed men for a strategic battlefield advantage
Was Tormund trying to get his free folk to attack the hill instead or did he panic?
Aside from his creepy fixation on Kat, and in turn Sansa, he probably aims to marry Sansa and cement himself as warden of the north. What the fuck is Little Fingers end game? Why did he agree to help?
Even when the Starks finally get a W, one of them dies SMHFor those who say the show has become predictable and generic...you can't have expected the Starks to lose every season, could you? This is probably one of the few times this show has delivered on the catharsis and revenge that most fans were seeking ever since Ned's beheading in S1 and the Red Wedding in S3. Littlefinger's arrival is not a deus ex machina since it was foreshadowed many times prior. And yes, Jon had impenetrable plot armor against those arrow volleys, but what do you expect from a character that was literally resurrected from the dead?
S6 is the year of the Starks. Except for little Rickon, RIP, but really he should have zig-zagged.

Going through the pikes vs dealing with some guys with swords on the pile? It was the weakest link in the attack.
But according to internet rumour-mongeringWhich means they should get married.

But according to internet rumour-mongeringthat would be incestuous since she's his aunt.
I guess it got them no where, which was looking like they were being routed.
Oh, right.Which is tradition.
What the fuck is Little Fingers end game? Why did he agree to help?
i think he wants to rule parts of westeros cuz he rises from a very tiny noble family who had no power or influence
now the starks, the traditional warden of the north, owes him a huge favour and he certainly has a thing with/for sansa so he's positioning himself quite well
I want to see a whole lot of Bron next episode. He's been too sparse this season.
In fact, I want a Bron spin off.
He agreed to help probably in part because he has real affection for Sansa but more so because he knows someone like Ramsay can never be trusted or expected to behave in a predictable way. Same reason he took out Joffrey. He wants the Iron Throne and certainly for that purpose it's better to have someone like Sansa ruling the north instead of Ramsay. What the fuck is Little Fingers end game? Why did he agree to help?
Bolton had to get Tommen to do that for him.

Did he? Fair enough.
That does then question the plot line in S01 around Robert's kids being illegitimate. As the king, couldn't he just degree they're Baratheons?
I think he wants it all. And he's not that far from it.
I could easily see it being Vary's, Dany and co. vs. Little Finger and Sansa with Jon eventually siding with Dany.
We will see. The allegiances might get very interesting.
I'd love it if it'd turn out to be Varys/Tyrion/Dany vs Littlefinger/Stark at the endgame
I bet if Rickon zig zagged and was looking like Ramsay might not kill him he would have just ordered his entire archer squad to open fire.

Isn't the Stark name now officially dead? At least when it comes to male heirs... Robb and Rikkon dead, assuming Benjin doesn't have children and Bran can't have children, Jon is a bastard. And well, Sansa and Arya are obviously female.

That would be way too one sided, sadly
I personally don't feel this is the case at all, but I'm going to have to convince myself to believe in it otherwise this episode I really liked turns really really stupid.I think the simplest answer is the one she said last night. She knows Ramsey. Jon doesn't. By keeping those forces a secret, Ramsey's forces can be flanked and outmaneuvered, a variable he hadn't planned for.
Yes, hundreds, thousands, would die. Yes, perhaps Jon. But that was the only way to win. Tell Jon, and then he waits, adjusts his plans, in turn giving Ramsey time to prepare, change his battle plans, fortify Winterfell.
Don't tell Jon, have Ramsey confidently send all his army in against an outnumbered group he thinks is on the ropes, and you then have the advantage of ambushing your enemy with a secondary force they are completely unprepared for
Ramsey and Sansa might not be so different. They both sacrificed men for a strategic battlefield advantage

The lenses used get longer during the trampling scene to make you nauseous and sick. They widen back up after Jon climbs out of the heap, it's a breath of air for the audience in that sense when the camera dollies up. Like I said, crazy shit to see on television even by premium cable standards.
