Oh, I'm fine with polygamy between consenting adults. I mean Jacob and Abraham did it. We may have some tough time with legality aspect, but I'm sure we can come up with something acceptable.

I mean, they love to pick and choose whatever they see fit to their point. I hope you (and everyone) call on the bullshit of their family/friends.

They should, just like musicians did with "Parental Advisory". After all, love did win, so it's a pretty nicely packaged irony.
 
My mother asked me what all the colorful stuff was on facebook so I just explained to her the ruling.
She is deeply Catholic but we have a lot of people in our family and extended family who are gay and so she fully understood the personal implications of this and the happiness it will bring to certain family members if they choose to do it. She's ok with the idea.
She always was open minded about these kinds of things. God bless Mom.

Really happy for the LGBT community right now. But it's been disheartening and eye opening to read the reactions from some of my own friends and family members on Facebook. I didn't realize I was surrounded by so many bigots.

I cancelled my Amazon and Wal Mart online accounts today because they have become instruments of the suppression of my freedoms. It may seem a small thing in the face of all that is against the ones of us who still know the values our nation was founded upon. I believe Americans have grown so confident that they would never have to face the conflicts our founders did that they will awake too late. However, I feel that every dime I can deny my now self-sworn enemies is a good thing. I also believe that this is about much higher and important things than just our national pride. I wonder what Lot did before the Lord called on him to take his family away before the fire and brimstone hit. Maybe Christians should be thinking along those lines too. Perhaps Revelation 18;4 is our only option. How? Only God can lead us.

Possibly, but not the best choice, I think. It could precipitate anarchy, which would not be desirable for the 53%, and also the IRS has sharper claws than most agencies. A huge march on DC with everyone holding pitchforks might be much better.

I too feel we are on the verge of a civil insurrection the likes of which have not been seen in this country since the civil war. The left knows this and that is the true reason that they have been trying to take away our right to bear arms. It is no exaggeration that there are millions of patriotic well armed and trained Americans who are fed up with getting up every day to news that the President/dictator and his minions in Washington and the media have come up with another way to usurp our constitution rights. It seems never ending and that no one listens or cares about what the majority of Americans think. We also see many other citizens just going on and either ignoring what is happening or pretending that they don’t see it or they have been brainwashed by the media to accept it as the right thing to do, For years Hollywood has been making movies and television programs with the purpose of trying to make us believe that homosexuality is right. And so many brain dead Americans bought it. It has now come to the point where I believe also that armed insurrection is the likely outcome. I mentioned this to one of those brain dead citizens once and the idiot replied that they would not stand a chance because the government has nuclear weapons. I had to school him on the fact that using nuclear weapons on your own citizens, even if they are insurrectionist that it would not be likely or very smart since you would be in fact using them on your own soil and killing more on your side than the other. I also believe that when a reservist is called up to fight and kill his relatives and neighbors that few of them will answer the call and will instead chose to change sides. So how close are we to this happening is the big question. I am surprised it has not already started. I think all that is missing is a courageous, charismatic, and dynamic leader to issue the call to action. Right now American patriots are separate and unorganized but the right leader could bring them together into an unstoppable force. We are indeed living in a very dangerous time and I pray that there is still a chance for a peaceful solution, but when the opposition is no longer card what you have to say I see little chance. Take heart fellow patriots and ready yourself for a call to action..

I agree. It is not I who seeks anarchy - it is anarchy that seeks me. The left has been drawn to it like a mosquito to the zapper, and has dragged us along against our wills. I don't want it but I do anticipate it and plan to respond accordingly.

While true its important to remember not to become complacent. This is going to fire them up more than ever. This next election, regardless of which clown they get to run, is going to be more important than ever.

Agree. And if the GOP is shut out of the White House next year, it'll get worse. Especially if Supreme Court replacements push the court further leftward. Things could get a bit nasty on the right.
