Maybe he took it out of his pocket to put his phone, wallet, keys, etc. on the table.
Maybe it was a business meeting and they had a laptop out he was showing documents on.
Maybe it just straight up fell out of his pocket or something when he took out his wallet to pay.
If there were business documents on it, it would be brain-dead easy for someone to figure out who it belonged to as there'd be company information plastered all over it, as well as the username of the account that'd last modified most of the files.
I once forgot a USB drive in a college computer lab and they contacted me like a year and a half later saying they'd found it and they'd mail it to me.
This isn't even a remotely unlikely scenario, so you acting like you've "cracked the case" is bizarre.

Hahaha I heard about this on Facebook and went straight to twitter to see what Randy's response would be, only to remember the cunt blocked me when I was fuming about the money he stole from SEGA to fund development of Borderlands 2 and buy the rights to Duke Nukem Forever instead of making that amazing Colonial Marines game they were paid to make. I let him have it as often as possible. Just had to log out to see he hasn't as of yet denied the claim. Though he's a dick and I can imagine him laundering money like that, especially after doing it with SEGA and lying about it, I sincerely hope the paedophilia claims are just slander because if they're true that opens up a whole can of worms and make me disgust that guy in a way I didn't think I'd ever have too.

Yeah. Apparently in Portugal someone who is 20 is actually "underage". In the US it varies by state. Underage could mean 16 in one state whilst in another 16 is a-ok.

Even Randy is seemingly confirming most of it, but has a way more normal explanation for it. Likely this coworker just heard the porn story at work, since it seems Randy was openly telling the story on podcasts and wasn't hiding it.
It's pretty unlikely the girl is actually underage though, and nothing about it seems like child porn.

There's not one other studio has as much drama as Gearbox, DNF and all it's lawsuits, ACM and it's own. It's just too much.
