I'd just initiate a charge back if I were you, I'm seeing red flags pop up.

Participate on a grey market without consumer protection at your own discretion. Hasn't this always been the case?
I should know better than to think Microsoft gives a fuck about customers. I bought a scammed key without knowing what it was at the time.
I might just return this Bone S that I got from the Target deal. Fuck you, MS.
I got a refund from him, although I'm still waiting for the Paypal eCheck to clear. If it doesn't then I'll take it up with eBay. Don't bother with messages, simply request a refund. You can do so by going to your "My eBay" and then going to your "Purchase History." From there, find the item, and on the right-hand side you should see this:anyone bought from this guy got a refund?

sent him 2 msg and no response.
People gotta know that deals like this are YMMV, it's why I'm sceptical about specific deals/glitches/messups . I hope everyone gets their refund and those that don't get banned from gaf or whatever with karma going their way.Honestly, I just wish people who got burnt would stop pretending they were a legit customer anyways and excusing it. Between publishers have authorized sellers, the continual warning of purchasing from non-authorized sellers, and then some how trying to justify it as games are too expensive. So it's not your fault and they should honor it. Sorry, this is no different than buying a scam ticket on the corner, then bitching at the band for not letting you in.
You weren't a customer at all. Amazon, Nivida, and MS did not see a dime of your money.

"Request a refund" should be in the "More actions" drop-down menu.

Surely they must have received money at some point of the purchases from you, your seller, the seller's seller, etc rather than fraud Credit Card info.
The seller still has to confirm a refund with this, right? You're not "forcing" it?
Of course, but it'll put more pressure on the seller to do so or else further action will be taken. A PM they can just ignore, or give you the runaround. The seller still has to confirm a refund with this, right? You're not "forcing" it?
Damn, some people feel they're entitled to get reimbursed by Microsoft when it's not their fault, and they have rights to revoke codes when it's being handled illegally. It was supposed to be given to GeForce 1070/1080 owners for free. When people abuse it by getting hundred of free codes and resell for profit that's actually against the policy in fine print people don't bother to read.
People should have known/expected those codes they got via grey market for super cheap may get revoked. I'm on Microsoft's side about this, they don't own you a single penny. This should be a lesson for everyone.

If you email NVIDIA with proof of purchase, they will hook you up.
Like they always say: "if the deal is too good to be true, it probably is"
Do they also say "when a download code is being included in a bundle with another product you should expect that people will be selling their key for reasonable sums less than retail"?
I paid $35 for my code and it was a day or so before the Amazon loophole was being widely advertised. I assumed $35-40 would be the going rate for a key given how PC people generally feel about the Windows Store. I guess it was just too good to be true, and isn't to be assumed that it has anything to do with supply, demand or simple economics on many people's part :/
This is what Nvidia told me when I gave them proof of purchase and my serial number off my video card.

Same here, I regretted my purchase the day after I found out about the amazon thing.
Like they always say: "if the deal is too good to be true, it probably is"
I've bought dozens of keys during these promo deals and this the first time something like this has happened. Everything would have been ok if Amazon had not screwed up. The keys going for $10 were definitely too good to be true, but around $30 is common.
I don't feel sorry for you.Do they also say "when a download code is being included in a bundle with another product you should expect that people will be selling their key for reasonable sums less than retail"?

Sorry about this. I pinged NVIDIA with the above. They should be able to help out with this and I'm not sure if this Rep is aware. This is what Nvidia told me when I gave them proof of purchase and my serial number off my video card.

Yup. A big issue here is that people who activated an Nvidia key from this batch that got revoked can't activate another, even if they just purchased a card. The system thinks that they already redeemed that promotion (even if it was disabled) and doesn't let them activate the new code.
Shit, I'm about to be in this situation. I hope there's a fix before the game is out.Yup. What a bunch of bullshit. Stop blaming people at the end of the chain for this stuff. Those folks don't deserve to eat shit because they didn't know Amazon stupidly fucked up the distribution of their codes, and then a bunch of sleazebags decided to flip those codes.
People should not have expected those codes to get revoked because by and large Nvidia codes that get sold are not obtained and then sold at massive markup from egregiously mishandled transaction blunders on the part of the retailer. These revoked keys are failings on the part of Amazon for not locking their shit down, and the assholes who sold them for 35 dollars when they got them for free to blend in with people who got their codes Nvidia codes legitimately.
Yeah....this is really ruining my day that I bought one from a crooked member of this forum who is being shady as hell too. Never seen something like this happen. Mods don't give a shit, and the community in the b/s/t seem to not give a shit either. Buyer beware.... ha. No consequences for the asshole keeping my money.
Any fix for this problem?
I think he means that if you used a code that was subsequently revoked, of you get another trough legitimate means it won't work.So even people that actually puchased the card are getting screwed? I guess they can refund the card and rebuy it and get another code. This is a big screw up on amazon side, if the numbers are in thousands I think amazon should just swallow the cost. It's not like nvidia pay ms 60 per code anyway, probably 25-30 in bulk.
At this point, I'm pretty sure he's not refunding. He's been posting on GAF all day. It's a lesson learned. When I found out about the amazon thing, I sent him a message asking him where he got the key from and he didn't answer.
