Definitely going to pick up the MFLB before Spring Break, the impression from this thread really convinced me. Just picked up a cigarette roller too. I was tempted to get the mechanical one where you just pop in the tubes, but I was hesitant on how well it world work with weed.
Yup. The box vapes are good if you've got a lot of people sharing (and a little cheaper). The MFLB is much more for personal/duo use.
The one nice thing is that getting absolutely retarded with the box vape is a lot easier - you can probably pack about $50 worth of ground weed in it (or fill it with kief, which you shouldn't do with the MFLB because it can gum it up). It's a lot easier to pre-pack all of that than to try and load more trenches after you're having trouble staying conscious.

One question with the MFLB, how do you know when the weed is done? With pipes and shit you stop getting hits and the weed is all ashes by the end, how do you know when it's all said and done and it;s time to clean it out and load some more?

Is it easy enough to clean out and load more at that point? With a pipe I typically just use the blow it out technique, crude, but the most effective way.
Extremely. You tap the side of the box to make the weed loose and then you just throw it out or save for later. I hated cleaning out pipes because I used a bubbler and the weed would be all mushy and shit and impossible to get clean.
You will be amazed at how easy getting high is with the MFLB.
I'd say we stay as low profile as possible, which means the mods turn a blind eye while we have our fun.
My brother always says it's done once it tastes like burnt popcorn (for vaping), but I find you can usually get a few more hits out of it past that point.

I honestly still haven't figured out when the stuff is completely done. I just go until it's uniformly dark brown but even then I still save it just in case.

There's still a possibility of coughing if you take too much, but you can breath in the vapor until you hit the precipice of coughing and then stop. With smoke, it kind of builds up to the point where you have to let it go (unless you take a really smooth hit), where with vapor, you can basically hold it in for as long as you can hold your breath.

I recently learned an inhale technique that causes no coughing, despite the size of the hit. It may be entirely placebo, but I don't care since I no longer cough.

Woops lol. Basically you know how you can puff up your chest? As you inhale, fill up your lungs in the motion of puffing it up and out, instead of just out.

Absolutely no smell. I do it in my home regularly and nobody knows. You need to use a standard grinder to grind it up. Nothing special.

I like to save up the 'used' stuff in a separate ziplock bag. Accumulate enough, and you can squeeze some pretty good butter out of it.
Does the ziplock bag hold all of the smell in? Right now I'm putting the scraps in the same pill bottle as my fresh weed. Makes it hard sometimes to find the fresh weed in it lol.
Also, you can smoke it in in a pipe after.

I broke my piece by accident today. Luckily the pieces that did break off were really big, so I was actually able to tape the pieces together, and it surprisingly still works. Looks super ghetto though.

This was a cool idea when I was a teenager but I've come this far so I figure why go back.... but I named my first little spoon Alpha that a friend got me when we were juniors in high school and I've gotten up to Theta. Most of the ones in between have broken but it could be cool to eventually have Alpha and Omega lol

Definitely vaping. For me, smoke has become an irritant. It's one advantage is that it punches you in the face, if you enjoy that sort of sensation.
Smoking. I have an MFLB and I have used countless vapes and I just like smoking more. I think that it hits a lot faster too. I also like the taste and smell of it more. A little one hitter is just as convenient as a vape, if not more so.

My friends and I mixed some weed with hookah and had a little chill sesh last friday, just smoking and chillin out to some christmas lights and a random strobelight lightsaber while listening to Toro y Moi. It was easily the best high that I've ever had.

Is it normal to be hallucinating/having a wild imagination when you're high? All i'll need is a few hits and i'm gone. I'm a bit afraid that my guy might be spiking my weed.

I would say if you are having REAL hallucinations, then yes, something is up. Other than that, every thing else sounds normal with strong weed. Especially if you are new.
When I smoke by myself, I'll often just put music on, lay on the couch, and let my imagination run wild. Don't get so paranoid about it. Just lay back and enjoy the ride.

@Ubermatik: It's not that bad. I'll experience zoomed-in vision and a few other weird shit but I wouldn't classify any of it as strong hallucination.
Wild imagination, some brightening of colours/very mild visual hallucinations may be the effect of some strong weed and being new to getting high - however,if you're talking about strong visual hallucinations like moving patterns/objects/lights/entities appearing when they're not there etc., something's up. All depends what you're experiencing, really.
Does anyone else completely struggle to find weed? I live in one of the biggest cities in England and I've been trying to find a dealer for over 2 years to no avail. The only time I can get it is from a friend who gets it once in a blue moon. It's so frustrating. I was even tempted to try Silk Road but chickened out.
I was in this situation forever. I had friends who smoked a lot but they were always reluctant to buy for me when they bought for themselves. I don't know why. I know this feeling well.
I eventually found someone by just asking all of my friends if they knew anyone that sold. I eventually had one friend ask one of his friends, who knew someone and he hooked me up.'
I've only bought from this guy once but he was cool. Running low now so I'll probably be texting him again this week. You just have to keep asking. I know it can be rough but there's really no other way beyond just asking around.
Cheers man. I expected as much. It's times like this I really wish I wasn't such an introverted bastard and had more friends! Some of the happiest times of the last few years have been whilst high, as sad as that is.
