Where did he say this?

I want Unprofessional Fridays to get more unprofessional. The rigid structure of everyone expected to bring in one video game can turn out not great often.

I need episodes that involve browsing Youtube for half of the show.
Sadly, I'm not sure we'll ever get something like the Euro Truck QL again. The tension as you can tell everyone but Vinny are just holding their breath just waiting for a porn popup or redirect to show up is amazing.

I know this doesn't really apply to a lot of you but I recently discovered a great extension that helps with my shitty internet speeds. Google has a beta project called Data Saver which routes non-https data through Google's servers and compresses it to deliver it faster to you. Images might look a little blurry because of the compression but you can request the original image if you'd like.

Now obviously if you're security minded and requesting https from most websites this isn't going to work, but on websites that don't offer that function or embedded objects, it's really speeding things up and makes things quite tolerable. I've heard Opera has a similar function that's built directly into the browser, but I haven't used it so I can't speak to it.

Just in case anyone has limited internet woes!

Also worth noting that this may keep your adblocker from blocking ads, due to the data compression and rerouting. Just something worth pointing out!

I've been using Opera Mini for mobile (GAF) browsing because of the compression. No fear of image heavy topics anymore :)

You gotta keep up, Wunder. Old news! And this is coming from me so you know it's really old news!

Jeff is thinking of cancelling Quick Looks. He told me in a dream.

one time during goty week i actually had a dream involving giant bomb. cbsi had decided gamespot wasn't a good idea anymore and gave their entire budget to giant bomb. i started spacing out the goty podcasts more after that.

Did everyone who listed a top ten in here actually vote? Because you should have.

Maybe the results would have been less existential painful for certain parties.

My top 10 that I submitted for voting:

1. Bloodborne
2. SOMA
3. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain
4. The Witcher III: Wild Hunt
5. Undertale
6. Crypt of the Necrodancer
7. Hacknet
8. SteamWorld Heist
9. Ori and the Blind Forest
10. Rocket League

(I forgot about Invisible Inc. though, so I probably would have swapped that out for Ori.)

I don't know why but I feel the need to post my top 10 list as well:

1) The Witcher 3
2) SOMA
3) Rocket League
4) Life Is Strange
5) Until Dawn
6) Splatoon
7) Tales From The Boderlands
8) Super Mario Maker
9) Batman Arkham Knight
10) Dying Light

There's some stuff like Undertale and ROTR that I feel like would be here if I actually played them.

My top 10 is:
Mgsv
Heroes of the Storm
Hearthstone
Edf 4.1
Destiny
Diablo 3
Dragon Divinity commander

In no specific order. And I guess some games arent from 2015.

The most interesting bit to come out of the voting is the extra stats pack showing game recommendations. Had a few on my wish list, but, added a few more from that list.

Maybe the results would be different if you voted.

like i said, few things in life are more meaningless to me than some goty list (let alone one headed by a collective of people that i couldn't care less for, by and large)

now, individual write-ups by people i consider accountable i'll gladly read

I find that GAF has better taste in games than any other other gaming site or forum.
At the very least I have played games I never would have because GAF praised them, I doubt I would have gotten into the Witcher series or SOMA without coming here anyway.
