Thing is I don't think they want to be snarky over the Game Awards since it's Keighley's self produced thing rather than a show put on a billion dollar company.

One could easily crack a joke every 10 seconds watching that show though.

It just occurred to me, there's a dark horse contender for Best Style...

Darkest Dungeon? That intro plus the brooding darkness permeating the game, not to mention the narrator quips, really bring you to deliverance. It's powerful, stylish, and unlike anything else out there. It is the Best Style of 2016.

Not enough dubstep.

Or VHS effects

Or being like the old games.

This looks pretty decent, I dunno if Firewatch or Pokemon will be on there though, I see Dark Souls being fairly low as well. Stardew Valley will definitely make an appearance and maybe Gears too I think

So no talking over the PSX conference stream, correct?

Man the next few days have The Game Awards, PSX and Capcom Cup (with the Marvel announcements and potential Iron Galaxy involvement), gonna be busy.

Superhot probably won't be forgotten by most of that crew.

Yeah, it's really good. People are shitting on PS+ again this month, but I hope they give it a chance. It's a bit like XCOM.

Wrong about commas, wrong about everything
And thumbnails of their faces gawking at the camera.

Don't forget a red circle around something with an arrow pointing towards it. It's really the glue that holds everything together

It's really not though. Not at all.
It's a turn based stealth game. Imagine a mixture between Divinity OS and Thief.

I bought Invisible Inc after Austin went on about it on last year's GOTY (and some other people praised it). I enjoyed my playthrough, but since I'm not the kind of person to keep replaying the same game over and over it's a bit wasted on me. I'd prefer one XCOM-length campaign.

I mean I know, I've played it. But I don't think the D:OS and Thief comparisons are closer either lol

No, not really.
The best way to describe it is that it's basically a lot like Invisible Inc.

Do people actually think this will do anything? Obviously there are a lot of troll petitions but sometimes I'm not sure if those people actually think "Yeah, Square will see this and put another 40 million into a project they more or less killed!"

Guys I am pretty disappointed with Dishonored 2. I really liked the first one, but this one doesn't feel like progress? The levels design is pretty great, but almost everything else doesn't impress me much.

I don't think they do a good enough job at giving the player feedback about his environment. Dark vision helps, but it's not an ideal solution. There is too much clutter, which makes it hard to actually find useful items.

Same goes for the feedback of when enemies see you. Their solution feels archaic and it's easy to miss if you are not directly looking at an enemy.

The game also feels clunky, even compared to like Deus Ex or Hitman. A big part of that is the input lag. Everything just seems to happen a tick later than your actual input on the pad.

Also the console version is just abysmal. Terrible performance and on Xbone the image is just way too soft.

This is really bumming me out, because I have been very much looking forward to this. :(

Now I am shocked how much more I enjoyed Watch Dogs 2 to this.

Clunkier then Hitman sounds like a major issues since Hitman might be the clunkiest good game I've ever played.
