I'm still interested in the Xbox One Elite controller, but $150 is pretty steep. And how much is the wireless dongle going to be on top of that?

What's the difference between the green d-pad and the silver one? Also, I hope the paddles can be used as additional inputs instead of just of just mirroring other buttons.

Unlikely to have more inputs as games would have to be coded with the controller in mind.

Watching the start of the Destiny interview again, and it's hilarious to see Jeff say what he says about the game in that setting. I know that Jeff and Brad are probably friends with Luke Smith and it's all in good fun, but that segment was much better than it had any right to be. Seems like people in the Bungie subreddit are praising it as the best interview with Bungie people from E3.

Any chance for a link? I must have missed this one :/

guys

xavier likes persona

what if jeff, vinny, and xavier do an endurance run of P5

Don't think I've met a person who doesn't love persona after they come in contact with it.

Besides on of my good buddies who doesn't like the SMT battle system in general, still find s the Persona concept very endearing.

That explains why you watched a Hulk Hogan sex tape.

The daily live video shows are the exact same content as the daily podcasts, no?

Jeff is an underrated interviewer.
He shows no hesitation in asking hard questions. But at the same time, they don't sound mean.

Jeff is really good on both sides of an interview. Its easy to forget it until something like E3 where I'm watching lots of interviews and stage shows with other industry people.

As the daily podcast in the Bombcast feed. There's a bunch of other podcasts in the Giant Bomb Presents podcast feed that's them talking about different things they've seen.

i have a harder time watching this the second time around

it's easier when the cringe hits ya when you don't expect it

Oh god, I just feel so bad for the guy. It has to be them trying to fill time or something? Didn't seem like he knew it was coming at all, so it probably wasn't a planned segment.

Yeah, saw those :) Was just wondering 'cause I'm listening to podcasts on my way to work and didn't want to be "surprised" by exact same content I heard a day before on the video :)

No worries, I'm only back in 2012-ish on my bombcast reverse travel through time, plenty to go still.

Over on the Kinda Funny stream, Xavier Woods said he will show up at the PAX wrestling thing to defeat Dan (and Alex and Dr. Tracksuit, too!). Remember, Greg Miller is the commissioner. I smell collusion!

I always liked Aisha Tyler, but she needs someone that tells her what not to say in such a presentation. I'm not sure if she prepares her text before the presentation or if everything is improvised, but it makes her not look good in public.

Maybe she should go on like that, I actually like cringeworthy stuff like that. But I believe she has a good heart so it pains me to see that. Somewhat like the infamous Konami press conference, I love it, we all do I assume. The people that made it so awkward are also good at heart from what I can tell.

That was great. Luke Smith has been a legend since the old 1UP days, but he's still great on the mic. I loved that Jeff was willing to talk about what he didn't like honestly and I loved how Luke Smith took it all in good spirit and it seems like they're genuinely interested in making the game better.

I'm kinda looking forward to that next expansion. I'm a huge Bungie / Halo fan, but thought Destiny was really disappointing. I sold the game like a month or two after release so I may pick up that new version with all the DLC and check out what I've missed.

Oh man it hurts. And Vinny's laugh is hilarious.

That'd be amazing. Xavier seems like the coolest guy after last night's thing. I hadn't laughed that hard in a long while.

I like Persona 4, but all other Personas are garbage.

garbage that I would lave liked when I was 12, but I wasn't 12 when they came out
