That's true. There were some great dramatic throughlines when I simmed my GB tournament. But traditional story modes have always been my go-to with wrestling games. Or they could even do like a story creator.

But as it is, I've been playing through the mission mode.

When people complain about motion sickness from VR, I can understand, but what is this illness that causes people physical afflictions when viewing simple video cuts or vibrant colors?

I'm seriously asking, because my mother had the same sort of issues, never listening to music because loud noise made her dizzy (in her words). Even Billy Joel was an offender. I can't comprehend what's going on there.

For me personally, something about vibrant colours/contrast of Sunshine and the haziness of 480i strains my eyes to watch. I'm normally fine with quicklooks and the like, but I think the combination of the crew struggling with the camera (and thus having it move around a lot) on one half of the screen and the fixed studio cameras on the other got me a bit swimmy.

Should also mention I'm getting off antidepressants and generally pretty prone to nausea lately, so might be more sensitive than usual.

It was fairly obvious that Drew never enjoyed playing the games and was just in it for the cutscenes.

But he actually still wanted to play it is the thing. It's not like Dan was going "drew you're crazy these are the greatest controls of all time" or at least I don't remember him doing it. If anything he's laughing at the fuck ups most of the time.

It's more that why didn't Vinny or Alex just take over at some point. I mean if he didn't like the combat than fair enough. I'm pretty hot and cold on yakuza gameplay myself. That's why I decided not to play zero when BitE was announced.
