If you mean the death scenes, I wouldn't have been happy if they were a guy either. I did not like Leon losing his head in RE4. That was too far for me.

The problem with the death scenes is some of them were basically torture porn. If I am playing an action adventure game I don;t need to see the main character with a huge stick through her throat or crushed by a rock with her bloody face looking towards the camera moments after her pursuer says with a rape allusion "it will be over soon".

That's rubbish. Putting torture porn sequences in a game that was supposed to have a serious, realistic story is gross and unnecessary whether the main character is male or female. Put Nathan Drake in this picture and it's still just as off-putting.

Crazy deaths have been a hallmark of the series. Further still the latest Tomb Raider is inspired by The Decent which is a film which features female character dying horribly. On a final note trying to claim that Tomb Raider has a serious, realistic story is utterly ridiculous.

I cannot wait to see Brad run the raid. I'm really interested in what roles he will take during the various stages. The raid is really cool to watch, it's heavily dependent on teamwork. Everyone has a specific job to do and one slip usually means a wipe.
