For a game that recycles areas like crazy and is lacking in content all round its crazy bungie put this much effort into this raid that only a small percentage of the userbase will ever see.

Its like its own planet worth of stuff just hidden away

Was it really that much effort? To me, the raid feels cobbled together and tiny (it's just two boss chambers connected by featureless tunnels, with very few unique assets).
The way all of its "storytelling" happens in the text box and other HUD oddities just make it feel like a fanmade mod.

What competition even is there? Every other major title this year has pretty much hit expectations... even The Evil Within has escaped its Mikami hype from lackluster previews so there's no way that'll sweep in and win.

Only Titanfall stands a chance of winning, and that seemed to get a much more favourable rap than Destiny is getting.
