CAGcast has consistently been one of the best independent gaming podcast for at least a few years now. I know plenty of people from gaf listen as I recognize names like Lik in the e-mails sections.

Wow, can't believe MGS HD got snubbed. Despite the small technical issues the PS3 version has I think it's worth at least a mention. Apparently they didn't just forget about it, either:

It never ceases to amaze me how invested people seem to get in this shit.
The best thing about the GB crew is that they simply don't give a fuck about fanboy backlash. Their response to the outrage over GOW3 being excluded from the best graphics discussion last year boiled down to "its our opinion, get over it".

Peace Walker HD is fine, it's MGS2 & 3 that have some issues. It's only small stuff, really. Graphical glitches, effects missing, etc. You can see them here (website is in French but you'll get the gist of it.)

I'm not sure how he got 100 hours to be honest. 2 and 3 are like 10-12 each, if you take your time. Not played PW but I doubt it's 80 hours

There's probably twenty hours of VR missions in MGS2. MG1 and 2 are both about 6 hours too.

Nothing wrong with that. But I always feel like people are forcing opinions about personalities to other people in this thread. It is weird because Giantbomb has a great group of people and everyone should be allowed to like one of them and also talk about it without getting bombared with "you are wrong" respones.

Peace Walker has at least 60+ hours of game in it. Add that with MGS2 + it's extras and MGS3/MG1/MG2 it definitely nears 100.

You know I only mentioned it because I love their podcast. A lot of the XBLA points exploits as well as "Bomba" price threads also come directly from Cheap Ass Gamer so indirectly I think his website plays a big part in many communities.

Along for Ryan's weight, Brad's spoiling, and Jeff's jadedness.
Jeff's jadedness is great. Actually he's on top form when he's being really dry and talking about the industry I think, he sounds like someone who's been beaten down by it and still built something he's very proud of on the back of it. That's not to say I don't like the tomfoolery though.

Compared to everything else on his list, I think Vinny hasn't gotten to put a lot of time into Skyrim yet, so it would be hard for him to put it on his list when he simply hasn't played a whole lot of it.

People were really surprised that Vinny had SR3 at the top? After what he said on the bombcast a couple weeks back about it and how he never got around to Skyrim because he just had to keep playing Saints Row, I was convinced it shot to the top of his list.
