I'm better with a kbm than a controller, but relative to the people I usually find myself playing with, I do better with a controller. Never have been great at shooters in general, tbh.
This past week Ive watched those serial murder shows and they were all about home invasion or women getting followed. Im terrified of this happening to me. They always have the officer saying walk with someone at night and stuff. I take night classes and I walk home alone everynight. And now I get home and search every room, just to be sure.
Then yesterrday they had that simpsons episode where Marge got attacked and she gained some muscles and fought her attacker.
Felt empowering somewhat, but damn that feeling has gotten me paranoid this week. feels terrible.

I can use kbm fine but I just honestly prefer a controller.
Its alright so far, it better had been because I don't have xboxlive and i'm not even sure I want their shitty service back. However they did send me 50 points on my birthday before I lost it. I actually felt way more insulted that happy, wtf can I buy with 50 points?!
Edit: Also you people need to get you keyboard game up, that said a controller seems better for halo and battlefield at least to me, can't say why that is just does.

I Kinda wanted to make a cosplay again ... but suddenly so much stuff happened and i'm flooded with work.
So the non cosplay version will stay for now =P
It's kinda refreshing like that after the recent mess it became - it was more "avatarmageddon" than avatar at that point.

It's very interesting, though. I'm gonna read it all the way through.

I had a dream about this thread the other day.
It depends on the game with me. Most third-person games I prefer using a controller. You tend to have a more complicated move set though with various buttons doing different things. A Devil May Cry type game for instance just works better with a controller.
FPS games are where a mouse is most effective. The speed and precision you get with a mouse is far greater than with a controller. You're just able to react quicker. I just find I am much more comfortable using keyboard and mouse with those types of games. Especially if it is competitive gameplay.
Like literaly this thread or something or "personification" of the thread like a building or a place with real people ?
