Get em hooked early. Google is worse than crack. But so much better too.
"Basically, we got stacks of this thing not selling at all so EVERYONE GETS A FREE PIXEL!"
("Great, now we don't have to move those boxes again!")
Death to iOS because of this!! Groups and collaboration us going to hit new levelsvery very cool. Distribution is awesome.
Google Music Megaton: It's live, and you can finally edit metadata, or even delete incorrectly tagged tracks and reupload correct ones.
getting them while they're young. so evil.
What? You've been able to do exactly what they showed on iOS for at least two years, maybe longer. Two years ago was just when my brother's school started distributing iOS devices.Death to iOS because of this!! Groups and collaboration us going to hit new levels
I think he's talking about editing tracks on the subscription services, not your own music.Couldn't you always do this? Can you do it from the phone now?
All Access Music is up and AWESOME.
Its like Spotify but with a way better interface and seemingly much better discovery. I'm really digging it. I'd pay 8 bucks a month for this.
Couldn't you always do this?
Link?
i still want google stock, but im not rich enough. buying like 5 shares wouldn't make sense right?
This featureset is actually exactly what Apple's Enterprise/Education tool does. The IT department can push and manage applications on as many devices.
So now there's real competition between Apple and Google at schools.
Meanwhile in Redmond...

https://play.google.com/music/ ?
At least it's updated for me, not in the US so no subscription mode yet, I suppose that's where he's looking at it.

Just realize that the Capital Gains Tax for that will be 15% for the year, so you'll have to make over 15% in gains for it to be worth it.i still want google stock, but im not rich enough. buying like 5 shares wouldn't make sense right?
.It would not. All tech stock is risky because Wall Street is always bearish on tech companies' abilities to stave off competition.

I swear to god. If they don't show Babel...
Lol short iPhone, the bastard child.

Actually, the WWDC conference is pretty similar to this one, since WWDC is for developers. They usually spend at least half of the time talking about iOS and OS X APIs, how developers could use those features, etc. It's very interesting watching this conference. It's so different from how Apple presents things, yet it's still exciting. The attitude seems to be "We want you all involved and helping us" whereas with Apple it's more like "We'll do all the work, and it'll be good, and you'll like it, but you won't have much input."
