you can use it on unlocked phones, as long as they support T-Mobile bands.

you can use for unlocked but most likely couldn't get 4g on some phones. HTC one is 4g

I have a Lumia 920 and I'm thinking of getting this. I have a few dumb questions.

1) When I get it do I just take the SIM out of my Lumia and put it on the One and it'll work? (AT&T)

2) When do pre-orders go up?
