Glad Kaz is still doing these silhouette teases from the GT Sport days. Looks like the first few cars we'll be getting are a Suzuki Cappuccino, (new) Subaru BRZ and the 2021 Subaru BRZ GT300...I think?

you beat me to it, the Subaru gt300 and the cappuccino are mine

That’s it?

Cringe Reaction GIF

GT Sport got like 15 cars two months in. They’re going to kill the tomahawk grind and new events are still way off. They won’t even bump up custom event payouts.

I just wanted to pop in to express how much I hate the roulet tickets. My experience so far has been to literally pick the worst thing on display, and that's what your going to get. This is the worst loot box like system I've ever experienced. Gathca mobile games feel more generous. I don't think I've felt more disappointed in a game's system in a game enjoy so much.

The rest of the game being so good just highlights how trash this is. This game would be so much better without this system in it.

Live from NeoGAF, it's Friday Night!
Two questions!

1.

The lap timer that is displayed in the middle of the screen changes from white to red after a pit stop and stays that way. Why is that so?

2.

When the AI does a pit stop it shows their tires and the fuel next to their name. I guess the tires that are shown are the ones they will change to but their choices seem so out of place sometime that i thought the ones displayed are the tires they have on the car. What is correct now?

Just did my first engine swap - I won a hellcat-Charger 707 hp engine and swapped it into a 1970 Challenger R/T. It still handles like a boat, but it goes fast in a straight line! :messenger_tears_of_joy:

Hopefully it swaps out most of the cars in the legendary dealership so that I can finally spend the credits I’ve been saving. With only 400 or so cars in the game, surely the pennzoil r34 has to be in the next rotation, right?
It’s up on there right now. 2.5m

They’re pretty irrelevant right now after they gave out tons of money. Like I could see the original plan being to sell the tickets with them already having exclusive invites and upgrade parts. They could have added roulette only cars too.

Just switched over from the PS4 to the PS5 version as I got my PS5 on Friday. So far only 19% of all trophies are synced although I was at 32% on my PS4. Really frustrating seeing that my save files somehow works and I can continue but not all trophies got carried over to the new/PS5 version. *sigh*

It's a known issue and should be fixed in an future update.

Already tested it in Le Mans for the credit grind once the Tomahawk gets patched, and the car handles great.

Awesome!

Just bought the car, only tested in on the Nordschleife track. Very nice car.
How is the fuel economy on the Le Mans track?

Btw, part 2 of this fantastic series. Really enjoyed watching this.

Fuel for the Pennzoil is kinda like the other Gr.3 cars.

I go in fuel map 1 for the first 3 laps cuz if rains hard i change for wet tires, after pitting then i change to fuel map 6. The AI usually pit 2 times, so by the end of the race i finish 1st. Just the AI Suzuki Swift pits 1 time if dosent rain.

I wish I knew earlier, you don't need to beat the demonstration ghost to get gold. The demonstration ghost was almost a second faster than me and I beat the gold time with over a second

I was gonna tomahawk grind more but started playing mlb the show. There’s still legit races that only take 30 minutes for the money.

Is Tomahawk definitely getting nerfed or is that just a rumor?

I did grind out about 15mil credits over this weekend. Enough to buy the Ferrari P330 P4 and a bunch of other stuff. But I still have many more legendary cars I need to buy!

They are fixing the pp glitch, they won't nerf the car. Also there are loads of other ways to grind the money, you should be alright

Race B: Autodrome Lago Maggiore, Gr.4, BoP [Racing Medium Tires]
Race C: Le Mans 24 Hours, Gr.2, BoP [Racing Medium Tires, Tires 5x, Fuel 5x]

Wasn't a huge fan of last weeks combos, but this week looks fun as hell.

Could be.

From the article:

2. The 24-hour layout of Spa-Francorchamps

Total Length, 7,004 meters. Elevation Change, 104 meters. Number of corners, 21. Longest Straight, 751.84 meters.

The Spa-Francorchamps Circuit in Belgium is one of the most famous international tracks in Europe. New with this update is the 24h layout, which will join the full track layout. The biggest difference between the two is the location of the pit facility. On the full-track layout, the pit is ahead of Turn 1, with a long pit road. When leaving pit row, the driver will travel alongside the famed S-curve before merging onto the track at the Kemmel Straight. This pit road is narrow and curved, requiring drivers to carefully stay within the white lines to avoid penalties.

I did a few laps in arcade mode, didnt see any difference to track design. So i doubt they will.
It did look pretty nice with all the lights setup around the circuit at night.
