is there ray tracing being shown off in these scenes? cause the global illumination looks pretty damn realistic as hell and the reflections all match up
 
So Playstation probably has some kind of console deal

And if that is real footage from PS5, I'm afraid the game will be 30fps on console. oof

Also, looks like they still got RT reflections. I don't know how they are still pulling this off on the base console. But at 1440p30, perhaps it isn't as hard.

Look I love Natural Born Killers too, but there hasn't been much Natural Born Killers in vibes since Natural Born Killers.

I was always expecting something more grounded and somewhere between IV and V tonally. Seems like that is what VI is doing.
 
Obviously looks good. The only off putting thing is Jason's voice work. Right now his overly gruff cadence just doesn't fit the character. Who knows, maybe it's something that'll work while in the game rather than little snippets. Either way, can't fucking wait.

By the time the games releases the consoles will be 6 years old, anyone expecting high end graphics with a huge living world at 60 FPS should tamper their expectations, I'll gladly see eat my words, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
 
My favorite part is that the characters seem gritty and real and not goofy like V. GTA is definitely great for its goofy characters but not so much what I want in a protagonist
 
Black magic. Game looks incredible in the 4k trailer on my tv set go 2160p.

Idk how they are getting this out of regular ps5.

I pray pro can get 60 fps or smooth 40fps with vrr.

They need gameplay trailer next though. I need to see this in motion.
 
Gotta remember that GTA V was originally released on hardware from 2005. Makes sense that Rockstar can pull this off on hardware that's 15 years newer and more advanced. Although more than likely it will be a situation similar to V where the game doesn't truly shine until the next generation.

- 30fps on a modern TV? Hell to the no.
- Don't like the location. We've done Vice City already. Think of something else.
- Do not understand most characters in the trailers and my English is just fine.

I don't think they would say "captured on ps5" at the end if that were the case. It would be false advertising. But the industry is notorious for getting away with stuff like that. Rockstar doesn't have a history of doing it so I don't see why they would start now. But there is always the chance that they are selectively having all effects turned on for a non-interactive trailer. We will know for sure only when the gameplay trailer comes out, likely early next year.
 
Damn, this game looks incredible. Shame about the delay to 2027, though.
 
Graphics looked insane.

Lot more hugging and twirling around than I expect from a GTA game but we will see. I got a saints row reboot vibe if I'm honest

Too obvious, it'll be something like choosing or not on proceeding with a high crime life for one or both of the characters and being unable to live or go into Vice CIty post-end game or some shit like that etc

It looks very based. I hope it worth the wait. I don't mind that its next year since I have so many games for ps5 this year especially with Ds2, Obscur33, MS3 remake, Ninja gaiden 4, GEOW reloaded and Doom DA.
 
If they don't release it on PC I just won't buy it. Not giving them the money for this BS anymore.
It's not interesting me that much anyway. It looks like one of the most underwhelming GTA games I can think of.
