What game is that?

I love how capcom decided to use the C team for this one so they have team A and B working on the next monster hunter.
That A team is likely making the next monster hunter for the switch 2. So expect PS4/X1 quality graphics in that too.I love how capcom decided to use the C team for this one so they have team A and B working on the next monster hunter.
We can sacrifice this one on the altar of mediocrity to save the other one.
If only the first part was true...

Dude Capcom is set to release a massive multi million dollar game by March that they havent revealed. TGS was supposed to be the show where they wouldve revealed it, but they didnt.Of course i don't expect nextgen graphic from capcom in a mh game, but at least something that looks as good as re4 remake would be already a vig step up from world.
Fuck off with your switch 2 theory , world sold way more than rise so that is the priority, not the filthy portable one.
The sequel of world was confirmed ages ago, so it is in production.Dude Capcom is set to release a massive multi million dollar game by March that they havent revealed. TGS was supposed to be the show where they wouldve revealed it, but they didnt.
THat can only mean two things. 1) Its a game for a console that hasnt been revealed yet. 2) its an exclusive or they wouldve revealed it for the PS5 and XSX by now with a switch 2 version reveal at the switch 2 reveal show.
"Next gen" Max settingsi'm too lazy to take ingame screens for comparisons when i play...
No idea if this has the latest update or not but I am supposed to believe this game is a graphical marvel, lol. People deserve the subpar crap they are getting from devs."Next gen" Max settings
let's move a bit close
it's latest and 4090latest update
Those looks like the opposite of cherry picked tho"Next gen" Max settings
let's move a bit close
Or maybe the game is so shit looking that those were the best screenshots he could grab? Those looks like the opposite of cherry picked tho
I'm playing the game maxed out so i know that it doesn't look that way overall.Or maybe the game is so shit looking that those were the best screenshots he could grab?
Next gen BridgeThose looks like the opposite of cherry picked tho
Again i feel like you are getting out of your way to take ugly pics, the game can look pretty meh even during normal gameplay without zooming on stuff.Next gen Bridge
and step a bit forward
Yep can. Only night time is good, but daytime...game can look pretty meh even during normal gameplay without zooming on stuff.
Don't get me wrong, CP lighting is great but this is a perfect example of fantastic lighting not being enough to counter subpar geometry and textures. Be honest which city looks more true to life, the CP screenshot you posted, or this:
If CP had equivalent geometry and material quality as SM2, we'd be comparing it to the Fifth Element movie.
It’s funny you mentioned the Fifth Element movie as this was exactly what I told my buddy yesterday when we were talking about CP and its visuals. I said if had better textures, geometry, character models, npc’s etc would look like that movie, but that’s a looota If’s.Don't get me wrong, CP lighting is great but this is a perfect example of fantastic lighting not being enough to counter subpar geometry and textures. I would like to check it out on the PS5 as well. This is a game I had so much interest in but due to how CD handled the entire thing I backed out.I honestly don’t understand these complaints. Maybe I need to check my Series X copy to see how it compares to maxed out PC version.

This is a promo shot, not a screen shot. 2 different things. Spider Man is shaping to look very good, can’t wait to play it.
Can you please stop posting bullshot?
Promo shots really aren't much different at all to what we're getting. Main difference is they added visual effects to illustrate sound vibration in the actual scene.
Its not even cherry picked at this point lol, they just cut out zoomed in compressed youtube video's. If you need to do all that shit, it tells you enough about how good CP2077 looks lol.I see people cherry picking on cp2077 are out in full force. The game has some weak areas but overall it's above pretty much any other game.
And now in gameplay without the Insomniac photoshoped promoshots.Don't get me wrong, CP lighting is great but this is a perfect example of fantastic lighting not being enough to counter subpar geometry and textures. It looks like shit.I expected more visually, a couldn't see absolutely nothing nextgen in it. Maybe the map is a little bit bigger... I really liked the first one. This video reversed the hype even more.

its hilarious. Like they spent all their budget modeling and lighting interiors then left almost all exteriors procedurally generated messes.Starfield has to be one of the most graphically inconsistent games I have played in a long time. I spent about 10 minutes mesmerized looking around my ship looking at every 3d button and switch. Couldn't believe that it wasn't all textures. The game has to have the best looking doors I have ever seen and then I stepped outside........
Yeah.Right one easy, the sign on the left is lighting the edge of the buildng and the ugly SSR artefacts are all over the screen. Also the container bin is lit perfectly and the smoke the same. Also the bronz girl and the room on top left has accurate lighting inside.
Funny you mentioned that. A friend of mine been convincing me for a whole year how ray tracing is useless and you wanna know what his reason was? His reason was that as long as you notice RT it means it hasn’t done its job, cuz its job is to not notice it, you shouldn’t notice realistic lighting it should just blend in, thus why this technology is useless. Go figure!Yeah.
But anyway (and I'm obviously not addressing you in particular here) it's an idiotic comparison. No one should be a fan of static cherry-picked static images for comparisons, it's normally just a cheap binary trick used to try to win gaming forum fights because you can add an infinite number of strawmen on top of it and to have full control over the narrative. Yeah, I'm not a fan.. I'm too old for that shit.
This is not bang for the buck technology for average Joe right now, and no one in their right mind has ever suggested it. It's an experimental (ML training hot out of the oven) and somewhat flawed technology preview of what's to come for everyone in the near future. Just like some people were pissy negative Nancys about DLSS 1.0, there's some people who's going to be salty about this as well. Then the tech matures, it gets integrated, people calm down, new tech is born, people get pissy again.., and the cycle goes on.
I remember back in the days when people were irritated about what is now considered obligatory generic 3D effects. "This is so useless!". Yeah, well.. Look around you now..
Next thing in the pipeline is to make a game from the ground up, with less dependencies to raster. And then when the next true generation of consoles arrives with this technology matured and forever integrated, any harshness left in the discussion whether this is a snobby useless thing or not will forever vanish in a puff of smoke.
Yep can. Only night time is good, but daytime...
Lol are you me?
I was about to say how day time roaming around the streets feel like a different game from indoors or night time or dark zones.
Pathtracing manage to look almost as flat as raster during day time.
Compressed youtube pics mind you.Lol I love how you included screens from the initial gameplay reveal as if you didn't know it's an ancient build.
But sure I'll redirect you as well. Here you go

this. cyberpunk is far more consistent.Any game, literally ANY game can have some questionable areas graphically when looking for it. Luckily CP2077 looks amazing overall, and I appreciate them trying to push tech as far as possible. Starfield on the other hand hits you over the head with how ugly it can be at times, but again it can look great in other scenarios.
