There's plenty to do with the kind of horsepower that goes beyond "financially efficient" rigs.

If conditions such as bleeding are calculated by a formula such as 2.5 + 0.5 * Level + 0.05 * Condition Damage per stack per second then why do skills that bleed have a description of the damage the bleeding does?

For example:

Why is there a default number in parenthesis? What does that default number mean?

The base damage for bleeds for any class is 40. After that, I'm not sure. STRESS TEST

Might be running a little worse then before. My 690GTX isn't even pulling a solid 60 in the prologue. I'm noticing some texture glitches on characters hairs now too.

This blows. I was really hoping it would be running great by the time it was released.
