To actually discuss Halo for once; has anyone else played Section 8: Prejudice? Where you spawn by falling from the sky.

I was thinking it would be awesome to have a similar system for spawning in BTB, assuming the rumours of crazy massive BTB are true. If you could spawn in an ODST Drop-pod with some control over where you landed it would be amazing.

I've been hoping for something akin to this for awhile. I gotta buy that game. Seemed fun when I was playing the demo. It even has a cool mech suit.

Haven't been keeping up with it for obvious reasons, but from what I'm seeing, development of the modded Halo Online has stopped and the team that was working on it is disbanding.

Well they tried it with the real thing once but it seems that bodies react much differently to a Gravity Hammer in real life than they do in Halo. Plus the respawn system was shit.

Anyway the difference I see between eSports and Grifball is that eSports is competitively playing a video game. Whereas Grifball is competitively playing a game created within a video game. I think it's awesome that people have created a proper league out of Grifball though!

Just seems a tiny bit bizarre in a cool, kinda quirky way.
