Hog Potato was an advent of genius. The weird, unpredictable creations of the Forge community sustained Halo Reach big time. 343 needs to encourage that more and support it further via a custom games browser. Or at least toggles.

One of the biggest reasons people still play Destiny is the grind to get those guns though no? I mean if you could just pay for exotics, sure Bungie will make a lot of money but what happens when some guy can just buy everything he needs/wants.

Yeah, they ought to let you just turn off the HUD i.e. Xbox One display planes, although it'd be curious if they could render the view weapon @ native res along with the HUD.

So, as part of a thing that would probably get me banned were I to mention it, I'm dabbling in some voice synthesizers to get a handful of characters sounding right. I figure it's harmless enough to post my first draft of the voice of Catalog, the Forerunner Juridicial AI.

Probably, but I'm doubtful that we're getting a community update at all tonight. The last couple have been every 10 days or so rather than weekly. Maybe we'll get some sort of announcement on Sunday to get out in front of the news that the estimated release window was missed.
