Compared to the PC version, definitely, but it's honestly not that small. I've already clocked in 7 hours and I've barely left my spawn. There's still plenty to do in the limited space.

That's just to get an idea of how small the world is.

Seems to be selling really well thus far. Will probably pick it up during the weekend. Was a lot of fun playing the trial for it with Krow. Press start to spawn in another player is a pretty awesome feature.

From tweets so far, the devs seem to have a priority for getting the game to play more like the current PC game.

Hmm, so I'm guessing updates first, to get it up to PC level, then extra fluff afterwards? If so, that's kinda lame. I think one of the biggest concerns is the world size, so that should be a top priority, IMO.
Anyway, don't wanna get this thread too far off track. Halo Reach is kinda cool, and so forth.

Kind of. Basically it's like the ultimate survival game. You're put in a world and left to do whatever you want. But to do that you have to mine the materials you want which means a lot of cave diving and just mining. It's actually really amazingly fun. You name it though and you can pretty much do it.

edit: Oh, yeah I forgot. Minecraft is $15 at Bestbuy in-store. It was also $15 on their website earlier but they fixed it.
I'm hoping that Minecraft gets me as hooked as Terraria did. I played like 80 hours of Terraria in about 2 weeks, lol
