Yeah 1 flag on Powerhouse is the weakest gametype.

I strongly oppose 1 Flag on Powerhouse. It's just...bad. I feel like we should take a note from MLG and not do any round based objective games. How about Slayer on Powerhouse, 1-Bomb on Zealot and 2 Flag on Refuge?
Know this... my 6 year old laughs at you and asks if that was a bad kid every time I kill you... and that's when you are on MY team.

How about let's not play 1-Flag?
As much as I love objective gametypes, I don't think it's feasible semantically in this style of tournament.
If you're set on objective I think an assault/1 bomb variant would be better as bomb games (in my experience, i have no stats to back this up) seem to end not as often in ties. Maybe make the first two games slayer and have the 3rd game a 'sudden death' type where the first to arm the bomb wins.

Why not? The odds of King ending in a draw is about as big as in Slayer.

Since a lot of teams haven't played with each other, having an objective gametype make or break them seems harsh.
