This is a good chance to ask something that has probably been asked before: Plasma Pistol secondaries possible in BTB loadouts?

Saw the EMP effect in one of the videos, it could be ridiculous if unregulated.

I believe they said at one point that possible loadouts will be altered for certain playlists, so I'd like to think that means you can't spawn with a Plasma Pistol.

If it's anything like Halo 2, the majority will be models and textures, and a large portion of sound. SpOps is basically campaign with lots of cinematics so probably similar.

I sure they are real time in-engine rendered cutscenes. The Inifinity trailer showed one of them.

Looks like Longbow to me, although it is a little darker than what I would have expected, I'd hop on the Spartan Ops map bandwagon too.
