That would be my Irish creeping in. I use it because it clearly denotes that I am talking about more than one person. It's why I'd imagine people say y'all over there. It must seem kinda odd :p

So is the Bungie store catering to international orders for good now or is this temporary?

I build my PAX planning around the panels, slotting in time on the game floor in between the panels I want to hit. So I'm also curious about the HaloFest structure. Will there be a constant floor presence for CEA on the main show floor, or just at HaloFest? Does the HF have panels rolling through it? Will Frankie sign my boobs?

Important questions need answers. Plenty of time between now and PAX, though.

Also, I just got the okay to take Thursday as a vacation day. w00t

By the way she is 18. But why are you asking me if she's hotter than me, that comes off as a weird question. Men and women shouldn't be rated next to each other, because what makes a woman or a man attractive to people is different. Correct?

Bungie/343 needs to see this. Flare and Radar Jammer were removed in H3 because they had exploitative properties. This is a great reasons to remove Armor Lock besides the obvious "It's terrible and makes gameplay worse" reason.

Honestly, if Bungie wants to impress me with their send off as far as the Halo they're leaving us with... Remove AL across the board.

On average, how many panels do you go to per year? And how many of those are Halo/Bungie/343-related?

I think it would be fun in the same way the Scarab mission could have been fun. You would be pretty unstoppable and able to dominate the Covies at ease, but after a while the shooting gallery will cease to really become fun. For a short stint every so often though it would be amazing, and its not like the covies are going to start bitching on Gaf about op'd banshees. :p

Trasher if we go by the most popular files Kat seems to be winning hands down. :(

Already knew this was going to be Boardwalk before I clicked the link. You can get into there in Invasion Skirmish and Bro Slayer as well with buddy spawning, it's easily fixed with a softkill. I reported that bug to Jeremiah a few weeks ago, I think he said he sent it along to the map fixes guy.

BTW, you can shoot through the glass and kill anybody standing in there. I got an easy overkill when a team decided to all brospawn into one of these rooms and thought they were safe :D

It seems what happened is someone forgot to put hardcoded softkills in all the office rooms of Boardwalk. The upper offices don't have this problem, it's the bottom ones.

I usually do 2-3 panels a day.

Each year I do two focused on Penny Arcade, the Gabe & Tycho Q&A and the Make a Strip panel. I generally try to hit one of the Omegathon session as well - those can be crazy. I saw the most intense round of Jenga ever a couple years ago. (No, I'm not kidding. My hands were sweating.)

Then, hit any panel having to do with Bungie; last year they had Reach panel and the year before an ODST one. Since they won't have an announced project by the time PAX rolls around this year, I'm not sure they'll have one. So whatever is going on at HaloFest will take the place there.

Last, I look over the rest of the schedule and see what I want to do. Those have included 1up reunion podcasts, a panel on women in gaming, online community management and indie game development. Lots of great topics ever year.

Then inbetween those I'll hang out on the show floor gathering swag and checking out games. The lines are long enough that I don't actually play all that much, just watch a lot and soak them up. I'll wait around to play the big ticket stuff like Halo.

Much like an amusement park, PAX can suck if you spend all your time in lines.

I gave up on trying to go to PAX panels after waiting something like 2-3 hours in line for the keynote (which we didn't get into) and then staying in that line in hopes of salvaging the time for the Q&A afterwards (which we got to see the last 15 minutes of) and since luckily the RvB panel was next, we just stayed in the room for that.

Screw doing that again.

Hey Wu or Hitmon- How come when you click on a link on HBO it takes you away from HBO instead of opening a new tab like Gaf does. I'm sure there's a logical answer for this.

Oh my... Plywood you have 13 (almost 14) days playtime in competitive - and nearly 4000 games played.

I play pretty much daily and only have 1000 games played, and 5 days of playtime. I also have fuck all firefight/campaign/invasion/custom playtime compared to yours.

I mean, it's great that you can play Halo like that, I sure as hell would like to play it more - but where the fuck do some of you guys find the time to play it that much?

An stopgap for this is to develop a habit of clicking links with your scroll wheel or middle mouse button. Automatically opens it in a new tab in most browsers.

Who needs sleep when you can stay awake til' 3 or 4 at night and wake up at the same time anyway? Anyway, I'm dedicated and stubborn and I will reach this goal before Halo 4 drops. Besides, it's not like I'm a Forerunner.
