I would agree with you, but I could not imagine a weapon with virtually unlimited range, high fire rate and ammo, and powerful bullets as something that is a viable all-purpose weapon. The DMR's fallability was in a lower fire rate and limited range because of bloom.
With the removal of bloom, the only compensation I could think of would be to lower fire rate.
Also, just saw the magazine covers. Mjolnir Mark VII? It would be SOOO GOOD. Possibly integrate the latest forerunner tech? (I wonder what Combat Armor Class 343GS would say MC has with his latest suit?)

Evade is still in the game so that Halo 4 will be better when it doesn't have it.

I think I'm going to stop using Evade just out of a sense of decency, like I long since did with Armour Lock.
Which basically means I am down to Sprint and Hologram.

I feel dirty when I use it, same way I felt when I used the IRNV in BF3 before they nerfed it.

Hologram is by far the best AA out of the set. It doesn't damage gameplay like all of the others do, and it's by far the most satisfying AA to get a kill with.

B - Tap to melee. Hold for assassination.
X - Reload/Use
Y - Switch Weapon
L - Iron Sights
R - Throw grenade.
LB - Activate Drop Shield.
