But why aren't the Race gametypes 60FPS?

Wait a minute, don't all 3DS games run at 60fps when you turn off the 3D?
Bioshock 1 and 2 had the option to 'unlock' the framerate, so you could play in 30 or 60 FPS, I liked that.
