Are there playlists (ranked) that ban party chat? I've been asking for that since party chat came out, and I know I'm not the first.
Done with MP, finally got a game, me and two silent mindless rushers against three guys talking and acting as a team.
Gonna go through all 4 in Legendary instead.
I played it awhile ago on PC, but if it always worked like that I completely forgot. I guess it just stuck out more with me moving around the games so much.

Green thumb is completely fucked up.
In H2C if you use Green Fingers then you can't use the left thumb stick to crouch... Even though the diagram says you can.
In H2A if you use Green Thumb then both switch grenades and zoom are mapped to right bumper together. Wtf...

Glad to see they're working on ironing out the issues (although I wouldn't have expected otherwise).
I get that people (rightfully) expect to buy a game and have it work perfectly day one but I will personally be playing the fuck out of this collection for the next 5+ years so if the stress helps make a better experience for a few days or even a week or two that's something I'm willing to accept.
That said, I was able to join a Halo 3 MM game after only a couple minutes last night and it ran perfectly. The only time problems started was when I joined a party of several people and we were aimlessly bouncing around impatiently trying to get something to work quickly before the party had to disband.
I get that people (rightfully) expect to buy a game and have it work perfectly day one but I will personally be playing the fuck out of this collection for the next 5+ years so if the stress helps make a better experience for a few days or even a week or two that's something I'm willing to accept.

Must be intentional. I mean, if you could go full speed while crouched (invisible on radar), well... I suppose it'd be pretty hilarious to watch everyone do it, but it'd mean there's no real point to uncrouch except to jump. Though, I can't remember what happened with Halo PC crouch & move with keyboard/mouse.
I used to have some pretty fun matches sneaking around 1v1 or 2v2.

I'd like to know that too. I think you need to party up from the roster menu but it didn't seem to be working. The Xbox would tell me so-and-so has joined my game but nothing would happen. idk

Same was nice calling out people and getting help. That being said not enough people talk it won't be as good this time around.

More often than not I have a feeling we won't be running into lobbies where people are talking. It's insane, because I know that Halo 2 was always chatty. I won't bother talking if no one else is talking, but man did it help giving those call outs.
It's not meant to, but it almost always does.

Anyone else finding the controls on the Ghost for H2 to be super stiff? I don't remember it being like that originally. It's like my sensitivity goes to 1 when I hop on a ghost. Can't turn or boost turn properly at all.

I am 90% this is a really bad bug QA didn't find as it always is 100% reproduced from suspend/resume. Nobody soak tested this game in QA, come on! Probably just wanted to play Halo and said fudge it to any real testing.

The dead zone on the sticks is absolutely massive. Like, frustratingly so.
In H2A, do this test.
Look all the way down. At your feet. Don't touch anything but the right (looking) stick. Slowly move it upwards. The stick has to be pushed about 75-80% of the way up to begin lifting your vision back upwards.
