The fire department was their in like five minutes, which I thought was amazing time given how fast it all started. Ashame even that was too late.

yeah, what does it tell you when 5 minutes is too late? Absolutely crazy fast spread from that fire. :(

A house in my neighborhood caught on fire (actually it partially exploded because the idiot owner was hoarding cannisters of gas in his garage due to raising gas prices and a spark ignited them) and it took the fire department about 8-10 minutes to get there. Took them hours to put it out and thankfully (amazingly) no one was hurt, as there were about 5 family members in the house.

But 5 minutes? That's pretty damn good response time. :/

I have this intense urge to keep watching the fire video, even though I stopped when I saw them stuck in the door.

What the fuck is this urge? What part has it got to play in human nature?

Out of everything, the Station Nightclub fire is the most terrifying. I saw that a few years ago and it really stuck with me.

The brick through the windshield one gave me goosebumps. Just imagining something random like that, suddenly the person sitting next to me has a brick through their face and nothing but horror after.

I don't like thread.

The latest Tested podcast is fairly haunting.

Holy, number stations are so creepy. Even fulling knowing what they are after reading the lengthy Wikipedia page, listening to them is still creepy. Specially 'the buzzer' when it broadcasts a different buzzing sound 1 minute before the hour. And the one with the little girl saying the numbers.

There's just SOMETHING that creeps me out about them. A remote broadcasting location in the middle of nowhere. The... Argh. I can't even explain it. Yet I'm more and more intrigued by them, and just keep listening and reading about them.

I don't have anything to contribute but I hope this thread keeps going for a while longer...

I have no idea. I've watched it atleast 5 times now and as much as it disturbs me, I keep on watching it. I nearly threw up the first time and for some reason I still have an urge to watch it.
