Without several legislative fixes the ACA will struggle with insurancs companies pulling out of market places and red states not expanding medicare and possibly the federal budget not funding the existing medicare expansions. Republicans can make the ACA "blow up" of they want to.

Freedom Caucus is a far right subsect of the Republican party in the house. They want a total complete repeal of Obamacare. These are basically the Tea Party zealots who shut down the government a few years ago. Regular ass republicans want to replace it with Obamacare-lite, because Obamacare is actually really popular. It's a shitty bill that favors rich people but keeps too much of the ACA for Tea Party psychos to let pass.
