Entomb is amazing and will always probably be run at 1x as long as it is around (and in Wild that will be forever).

I just want to discuss something that maybe people already talked about, but holy shit you guys they are printing a rogue spell that is just the coin.

Seems crazy to me that they are just embracing the miracle style finally after seeming to ignore and fight it for years.

for me this is just amazing.. I personally love it since it is one of the little but very important tools for those miracle decks.. and there wasn't much it needed, just with this and the deck archetype can work much better

that coin will result in much different decks than the miracle you're used to see.

I hope you don't mind losing on turn 3-4.

Tomb Pillager came out a year ago, they've been embracing it for a while.

That warrior card is kind of nuts, Pirate Warrior is getting some solid stuff this expansion.
I don't see why pirate would play it. It's a very slow card if it is developing stuff in your hand, and a 3/3 for 3 is just not great. Need to see what the weapon is but it has no impact on War Axe most of the time, and honestly the buff to AR is kind of not great. Need to consider that stuff like Rusty Hook and Malkorok weapons (if you are running that) are not in hand. Pirate already has Bloodsail Cultist, and that is just an all around better card than Grimestreet Pawnbroker. Bloodail Cultist is already becoming a stronger card with the new pirate legendary.

We need more Dragon-related cards.

I will try a paladin deck that has the new minions that buff the hand combined with minions that heal. So it compensates for lack of early game presence for increasingly powerful minions and healing.

EDIT: before Karazhan came out I had a personal best of 3k gold saved up, but now I have over 9k... lack of desire to purchase packs is apparent.

I hope paladin get a dragon card, last one sucked :\

last chance for dragon paladin to be a thing. Just like in priest, azure drake is not that good in paladin, the spell power is pointless pretty much, priest got a crazy replacement, maybe paladin get a crazy new dragon so that you don't have to play azure drake too.

If you want to look at the the new paladin 2 drop as kind of sorta wild growth, it works really well with dragons. Dragon paladin unique effect is ramp too with consort, it's quite appropriate actually.

Giving a creature +1/+1 is worth quite a bit less than 1 mana on average I think, but on some creatures its worth is more than that, almost like 2 mana even.

you could play a 4/6 on turn 3, 4/7 taunts, fire elemental for 5 and it makes cards like historian to not have a worthless body. 2/4 get a card is pretty good, it's almost 4 mana value. I like to try that. dragons are already overstated a little, with this they go well above the curve.

I like the 3 drop dragon related card, although I'll admit it's not particularly great against shaman midgame where they just have so many aoe removal tools. But very little actually board related is good against shaman because... spirit claws, maelstrom portal, thing from below, FFT, totem golem, fire elemental... list goes on.

If there is something that dragon paladin could use it's potentially a 1 drop. But they said they only want dragon whelp to be the only 1 drop dragon. So maybe a 2 drop, but I don't think they'll print that either. Maybe a dragon that reduces attack power from enemy minions, similar to aldor and uldaman or one that buffs your own minions and perhaps one that buffs dragons in hand?

Oddly enough, maybe Dragon paladin gets buffed when shamans are less on the ladder and if dragon priest takes over, then dragon paladin could actually be great especially since dragonfire potion doesn't hit enemy dragons as much as it doesn't hit friendly dragons.

Another thing is that in the past when i played paladin vs dragon priest, eadric was exceptionally strong and I am running him atm in my dragon paladin list and I like it a lot.

If it wasn't for shamans then my Dragon Paladin list would be pretty awesome.

I just got thinking.. out of the epics revealed yet, they seems pretty terrible, right? not much of them look like actually usable cards

I think they purposefully make epics niche. They are supposed to be more complex and narrow as it's sort of their design to make the common/rare cards more useful as it's friendlier for new/casual players.

Which mage minion?
3/4 3 mana Copy a minion.

So you put two of them in a deck and copy Apprentices. 4 Apprentices plus Antonidas is Exodia. Still need that Emperor tick though.

You can even use Brann to double copy an Apprentice if you need to get there faster.

4 apprentices, plus antonidas, plus a 4 mana or less spell.

I got exodiaed in wild but didn't let him finish me off. I felt slightly bad afterwards, but eh, ain't nobody got time for that.

I mean, sure, more redundancy for an already very improbable combo is fine.

The combo has been a thing in Wild for a good long time and it hasn't gotten anywhere. IMO having Echo of Medivh to produce it seems easier than this guy with Bran or not. So if Echo isn't good enough to get it going, I highly doubt this will be.

The card is still great and will definitely see play, but Exodia is not becoming a thing because of this.

So which cards revealed so far do yall think is wild viable? I'm not sure it's anything besides the priest cards and kazakus.

Wickerflame Burnbristle - paladin legendary is probably good enough in control/N'Zoth paladin, maybe not the usual secret though as they have lots of minions already. 2/2 Divine/Taunt and healing in one minion AND its perfect for Kings which that deck is probably running.

Other cards that might make the Wild cut (actually going card by card but yes mostly preist cards here):
Dragonblood Potion - Better than Lightbomb for Dragon Priest, worse for every other deck. Dragon Priests will play it for sure, probably not many others, but it does conviently wreck Sludge Belcher...

Pint Size Potion - Definitely playable in any priest deck that runs Cabal Shadowpriest (which is most). If nothing else it gives you a turn to make all your minions have fantastic trade-ups. Hell at 1 mana there is a possible Miracle Priest in the works --not sure we are there yet, but gettting close.

Drakonid Operative - Duh. Dragon Priest will play this card forever. Great stats, great effect. Great card. A new staple.

Potion of Madness - Hard to say. It is REALLY GOOD for 1 mana against stuff like Shielded Minibot (which is in every paladin deck), Zombie Chow (which is in lots of decks), and Flamewaker. Hard to say if that alone is enough for a 1x or 2x include. It would be a tech choice. If you face lots of paladins/mages on ladder a 1x of this might be good.

Kazakus - Obvious include to any Reno Mage or Warlock deck. I don't think priest has the tools to run a Reno deck atm, but someday in Wild they will, and then they'll run this guy too. The effects of the 5 and 10 mana potions are too strong to ignore. Plus he has the chance to be the N'Zoth counter Wild needs. (10 mana potion effect can sheep the whole enemy board). N'Zoth isn't going away and this has the chance to be an effective counter for a slightly bad 4 drop stats.

It puts the copy in your deck. So you need to copy apprentice twice and then you need to somehow copy a third or bounce back the original and then you need draw and have all 4 copies in your hand with antonidas and not be dead to old age by the time you pull it off.

Actually I realized you need Brann for this to actually work.

NVM not quite real enough.

Pretty much.

I think dragonfire potion is far better than the other non-lightbomb board clears and often better than lightbomb. Takes out troggs, totem golems, belchers, chows etc.

I think 2 lightbomb and 2 dragonfires will be in most control priest decks.

Kazakus 10 mana sheep everything is definitely amazing for wild. And the fact that it is flexible enough to work against aggro also is amazing. Kazakus is onemof the few cards I am really excited about so far.

The small healing is mostly irrelevant in my eyes. You just want the strong body presence. The healing effect is gravy on top.

But you already have that in secret paladin. What minion currently played in secret paladin gets replaced by this one? A shredder?

Sorry, I though you were talking about non-secret paladin. I even said so in my post above. I don't think it makes the cut in the secret list, as you said you aren't cutting shredder or belcher or the like for this. Midrange or Control (no secret) paladin would play it, IMO. It would smooth out the high density of 4 drop cards (cut an Uldaman or Consecrate) and give you a better curve.

Oh sorry. My mind is scattered.

But cut an Aldaman in midrange? I dunno.

I think control paladin totally plays this for the taunt and heal.

Made an aggro murloc paladin deck to do my daily. at rank 11 went 4-1. Lost the last because druid had both moonfire, roots, wrath, swipe, and feral rage in the top half of his deck. talk about stupid luck on his part.

How do I go about dusting cards? Should I manually dust cards or is it ok to click the Disenchant Extra Cards button?

I just do it manually with some experience and blabbering around the community you'd know which card that had potential to be changed/nerfed in future, you got full dust value if certain card nerfed by blizzard

Pint sized potion should have been a Paladin card. :( The new Hunter cards looks pretty good btw. Decent body, great buff.

The Talan chat bot is revealing some new cards although it's a bit buggy at the moment. So far these are the ones people have found.

Not sure if there any any others but it says to come back next week so I'm guessing it'll be a weekly thing up to launch.

I keep getting the two Priest potions mixed up.

The cheaper Shadow Madness card is hella over powered. In Wild it will see a ton of play, less so in Standard but still a great card in that mode. Borderline broken in Arena. I can mathematically talk about how over powered this card is.

The other card is pretty good, it's 1 mana for a profound effect on the board. If you run that card you kinda have to run the other cards like Shadow Pain, the other Potion, Cabal etc. None of these cards are bad so I think having one of it in the deck is fine. Most probably a Reno Priest card too. It probably will not see play but mathematically, stat for stat it is a good card. It's only 1 mana.

I personally think Pint Size Potion is being overhyped and isn't going to see much play a month in.

It is more balanced than I think people recognize. For example, combo'd with potion of madness, it won't really work, because you won't be able to easily kill the stolen minion. But combo'd with Cabal, SW:H, SW:p, and Book Wyrm, it is insane.
