Thanks! backed up my saves, waiting on the reinstall now excited to check out the update!
Colorado is in the 'bumfuck deep south'?Also since when was this game "Ripped from the headlines"?
Literally all of these have been based off of other works of fiction. Not hot topics.
Paris: Zoolander
Sapienza: Metal Gear Solid
Marrakesh: Splinter Cell
Bangkok: Blood Money (Playboy hit, but with a map similar to the Casino.)
And if the US level is Redneckistan (For the third game in a row... *snore*), then it'll be Absolution Redux.
...I just want a Hitman game where the US level is a major economic-center city like New York, Chicago, or LA instead of another variation on Bumfuck Deep South Town that IO Interactive seems to love doing...

Sure hope you tweeted that to Hitman.I might have messed up.
Roomsactually have people who are not affiliated with the band in them.207 and 208
And you do find a surprise of sorts in.207
isn't 207 thewhat's in 208?roadie with the microphone?
The actual guest in 207 is.the woman who was banging the roadie - other staff and notes talk about her excessive room service orders
The 208 guest is... just some guy. I was accidentally in the bathroom as he entered and had to knock him out.
The unfortunate thing about the episodic nature of this game is that we're not going to see something like A New Life, which is a fairly small environment, but that small scale gives it a bit of extra personality and intimacy. If they made a level like that, people would likely complain about not getting a huge level with tons of content.

finished Thailand map and reached level 20, it's an improvement over Sapienza and marraksh but still not as good as Paris, as i expected, they made the first mission SO GOOD so you get tricked into buying the whole game and discover it's disappointing, Paris was on bar with Blood money's missions, i was hoping Thailand mission will have a hotel like the one in Hitman 3, but nah, the building doesn't even feel like a hotel
Question one:How do you get the lawyer and manager to meet? There's a place for a note in the reception but I never saw a note.
Alsohow do you get the lawyer down into the basement so I can...axe...him some questions?
Im enjoying this game so far but something feels missing. I think its a combination of the darker atmosphere of some of the levels and the lack of Jesper Kyd. The soundtrack just doesn't add to the atmosphere at all like Kyds did. In fact it almost detracts from it to the point where its almiost better with the music off.
I'm enjoying it more probably because I didn't get into the older games until very late and by then even though I loved the gameplay and the overall feel of them, the controls just made it very hard for me to get invested in them. I still have them on my PS3 but now after playing this I think it's going to be even harder to go back. This is how I feel aswell. They nailed the sandbox gameplay, but it's missing that Hitman atmosphere.

Does anyone know where the hell I can get a wrench?
I picked this game up a couple weeks ago because the Giant Bomb videos were hysterical and I wanted in on the action.
I've finished all the story missions except Thailand (didn't know it came out yet) and I'm slowly working my way up to level 20 mastery in every location.
After spending about 30 hours with the game I'm pretty confident this is my favorite Hitman game. I love the variety of assassinations in Paris (Lights Out is probably my favorite), Sapienza provided me with the best story to tell (exploding golf ball kill while I was destroying the Virus), Marrakesh (drop the MOOOOSE) while the weakest level I've played ups the challenge a bit with trying to find ways into the school and the consulate. I'm going out of my way to get my first kills with opportunities turned off. I've found this makes the first playthrough way more engaging. Subsequent runs are about completing challenges and earning that mastery.
I botched my first Elusive target in spectacular fashion. I plan on taking the next one out with significantly more care.
Does anyone know where the hell I can get a wrench?
In Thailand?
The basement locker room has one in a toolbox, at least. There's probably more in the level.
Argh I coulda sworn I scoured the level. Thanks!

The Class soundcloud page has two tracks but it's missing Shine a Light. Anyone have that track?

Just as a little easter egg, I suggest y'all head down to the terrace near where the lawyer walks around in Thailand; hang out by a couple guys in beach chairs. Now that is ripped from the headlines.
Is there an overarching story that connects these set pieces together? I know at the end of each there is a scene that seems to connect them but maybe I'm just being dense and don't see the link.
I didn't purchase the season pass since originally it was only supposed to be a $5 price difference in getting things separately ;p. So do you really need to play all the levels? Marrakesh doesn't sound that interesting to me so I never bought it but I was thinking of still getting Bangkok. I have the base game and Sapienza so far.

I know I am. "Exotic, sun-bleached locales" is getting old now.
I would like varied, unique locations versus gigantic sandboxes which seem familiar to one another.
I just beat Thailand with a 0 score and the level was pretty, but felt like Marrakesh to me. Sapienza was the only map I really liked and played a lot of. Would like a darker, grittier map as someone else mentioned. Or a circus, something weird.
